Although we were the first patrons, our table was incomplete without soy sauce. We noticed several tables were too. Food was okay. Not happy with inexperienced staff who was not familiar with menu.

I am a regular customer who frequents RA at least twice per week. I left my to go order and called to advise them. I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with the Manager by the name of Diego. In spite me advising him of what happened, he informed me there was nothing that he could do and the only option was to place a new order and PAY AGAIN! I expressed my disappointment and how this was unfair. He showed no empathy. I advised that I was going to leave he a review about my interaction with him. He responded by saying I don't care. I was in disbelief that RA would have a Manager in place such as Diego who doesn't care about RESOLVING CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES. I have a large media following and will be sharing my experience. I do not recommend this place at all. Stay away. Management doesn't care about customers poor experience. Oh and I forgot to mention. Diego gave me the wrong number for the GM intentionally. It was a bogus number he gave me. Terrible interaction with DIEGO

Had a wonderful experience at RA Sushi Bar. We shared a lobster special and crab special. The savings were definitely ample, and we didn't leave feeling hungry. The drinks are very tasty and the service beyond reproach. Will definitely be dining there again.

My first experience was lovely. The drinks were amazing, and I didn't have to wait long for my food...not to mention the food was delicious. I even got a delicious cake for my bday. An I swear our server Aaliyah was the cherry on top. She was sweet and attentive and her recommendations were spot on.

Food was really good, it was just really hot and dark inside. Not very comfortable to eat while it felt like the AC was off.
Had a busy event in Dallas, Texas and needed an upscale place to have a meal with someone that I loved very dearly. We let the day get away from us and we’re able to just walk in and get one of the best sushi meals that we have tasted. Great jobs.
The food was not bad. Good selection. Not even close to some of the best. My real issue is how foul the bathroom is. There is filth that obviously has been there for not days or weeks, but months. If that is how they clean, and they deal with serving raw fish. I can't help but wonder how clean their kitchen is. The one picture is the sink which has a buildup that takes a long time to accumulate. They need to pay attention to filth!

Such a calm ambiance.. its def a great place to just hangout with friends for some good food and drinks. We ordered a bunch if stuff from their happy hour and we were NOT disappointed. RaRa Shirmp was AMAZING! Sliders, Chicken.. everything we ordered was amazing. So delicious. Drinks were great too.. we got their martini, hot sake and beer. I would highly recommend RA sushi!
Visit this past week , Horrible Experience, Food was bad, I dined in and everything that was brought out was over cooked, the Teriyaki chicken was burnt, Salad had no dressing. Had to send back. By manager Diego, then ordered Lobster Sushi add cream cheese. It came out without it. Horrible Service. Once the sushi was re-made Correctly, I took it to go. unacceptable !!!!! Then reached out to General Manager David Santos, the next day, by voice mail on his phone. Never returned my call. is this a General Manager responsibility or not. at least call customer back so you can hear my Bad Experience, and try to fix the problem ?
