Awful drive through experience. Got my drink size wrong, which I didn't even mention, and then gave me an extra side of coleslaw despite asking for an extra side of toast. No big deal right? Heh, lady (the same one who took my order) made me show her my receipt, argued with me about what I asked for (who the heck would want extra coleslaw anyway? JK but like srsly...), and then literally stared me down as she was waiting for the toast to come, to the point where I felt compelled to take out my phone and start a video -- This chick looked to be a few seconds away from a full on melt down.

I have to say. The Canes chicken tenders are quite tasty. Not a fan of the canes sauce so I dipped them in some extra CFL sauces I had.
I would say the Canes tenders are actually larger than CFL.
Too bad Canes doesn’t have the same level of service as CFL.

Bought a Caniac combo for my kiddos to share and a large Hi-C. Got home and split the drink into 2 cups and found this stuff at the bottom of the cup. It’s not pepper and it looks like black mold particles from the soda machine. There’s no way that should be at the bottom of a cup. I’m going to give this cup to my friend that works in a lab to have it analyzed. It’s def not pepper

The customer service is terrible black girl with gold chain that has her name rolled her eyes when they told her she had 6 3 finger combos. Pure trash we don’t want negative energy over our food.

This Canes has cut down on the size and quality of everything. I don’t have this problem at 15th and Alma so it’s an owner problem, I’m sure. When you add that to the other management problems here, it’s not worth the price.

So I would like to start off this review by saying I got DoorDash from this location. It was a big basketball game on and my partner & I wanted to DoorDash canes. got a 6 piece for us to share and a 6 piece USUALLY comes with a large drink. we substituted the cole slaw for extra fries. To our surprise when 1. The canes sauce is leaking all over the corner of the box, 2. My drink is a medium… okay fine whatever.. then I find out it’s unsweet tea when I asked for sweet. Great. and 3. I doubt the amount of fries given to us was barely enough for just a regular amount let alone we substituted for EXTRA fries my partner and I probably each had like 10 pieces of fries lol… now I began my review with saying it was doordashed so for reasons 1 & 3 MAYBE JUST MAYBE IT COULDVE BEEN THE DRIVER RIGHT… but I doubt it. I’m still mad about this experience smh
