My visit to Raising Canes could not have been better. At least that’s what I wish I could say. You see there were just a few unacceptable hiccups along the way that just doesn’t quite earn this exquisite dining environment the 5 star Gilded-Fork-Award so desired. For starters there was no lemonade by the beverage station. While normally this would knock off at least a star in itself, my boy Jose clutched up immediately offering me my non negotiable beverage choice (The Arnold Palmer). I’m addition to this mishap I exchanged the barf in a cup (coleslaw) for extra fries. Now while ordinarily the extra French fry quantity unit is incredibly difficult to measure, I (like always) had my grade-A food scale handy. Now by weighing my fry selection and comparing it to the mass of my colleagues pile of potatoes (he opted for the extra sauce exchange) we found that I only received 12.6g more French fry. Absolutely unacceptable. Due to the unfortunate errors listed above I have no choice but to give this select Canes an impressive yet imperfect 4.2 stars.

I went through the drive-through with my wife and my 2025 new outback wilderness with 3000 miles on we asked for a jug of sweet tea which we’ve done many times it leaked everywhere they won’t pay

I am not one to leave a bad review but I am so disappointed in this location. Not only did i wait about 20-25 minutes in the drive thru, my food smelled bad, i took 2 bites and tossed the rest. Its like they were using old oil or not wearing gloves. Not to mention my drink came without ice (didnt ask for no ice) Waste of my lunch time and money. Will not come back. Im sorry.

Order a four finger combo with extra strip paid for it and then I ask the nice lady if it was to late to get the poster since I already got the combo and paid more for order....all for another working to jump in the window told me that was u need to order it with a combo and I did I just for got ........the fact she had to cut the other worker off and come to me and then didn't even put my strip.......the lady to take more order was super nice and but the other working no very disappointed......thanks cnaes

Best Raising Canes in the area! I'm not sure what they do to their fries but they were so crispy and salty and delicious. All other Canes have soggy, mushy fries that I never finish. And the employees were fun and nice. They also gave us an appropriate amount of ketchup for a $50 order, not just 2 packs like other locations.

The food here is amazing . The sauce is really good . Also the Texas toast and chicken is really good as well. The lemonade here is really refreshing and cold which is nice. Also the service here is amazing. The staff is friendly and your food comes out quickly. Will definitely come here again!

The last few times my family has ordered from this place via doordash, they always short us a tender per box. If I pay for a box combo, it needs 4 tenders not 3. Yall do this all the time and if that's the case Raising Canes owes me money. I'll wait for management to contact me.
