Went through the drive thru and ordered the 3 & 4 chicken finger combos. Said we didn't want a drink. When we got to the first window to pay, we asked why it was the same price as if we got drinks. She took the credit card and disappeared into the restaurant. The 2nd window opened up, and the girl motioned for us to pull forward. So we did, and the girl that motioned for us to pull forward asked for the payment. We told her the girl at the first window to our credit card, and we saw her and pointed to her. The girl went and got the card and swiped it and gave us our receipt. We asked her the same question as the first girl, she handed us our food and gave the face of "I don't know" and closed the window.

EDIT: I will say, they listened and made things right. I decided to give them another chance (5:06pm on 02/20/2024), and it was a difference from night to day. Very attentive, order was taken in a matter of seconds and delivered like in less than 2 minutes. I appreciate it and look forward to visiting this Raising Canes more often, thank you!We were there just a few minutes ago (02/10/2024 @ 8:09pm), and the smell from the parking lot was amazing! Unfortunately, we had to leave because while we were the only people standing in the front register waiting for service, the blonde girl who saw us decided to continue with her business, completely ignoring us. Nothing said like "I'll be with you in a minute," "I'll be with you as soon as I complete this"... nothing, just ignored. We saw about 5 people through the little window to the back kitchen, just joking and laughing. About 3 of them saw us, and they, too, ignored us. It's not a good business model to ignore willing paying customers

Last time before today’s visit I drove through this location and ordered some food and the box combo was one of them, I was thinking about ordering extra toast but decided not to, to the food to my home and they didn’t give me the toast that suppose to come with the box combo.That made me very upset and ruined my entire day.Today I went back to the same location and told them about this situation they kept silent as if they saying ok whatever, I told the cashier are you going to make up For what you have done to my bad food order, she called her supervisor, the supervisor came and started to continue taking my today’s order with weird face, I told here what happened she said ok do you want your toast. I said that’s it just a toast no other things to make a happy customer, she said “No just a toast do you want it or no” I told here No you can keep it. Then I paid for my today’s order that was $17.56I haven’t visited cane’s since that bad visit, it was a few months ago, and they have lost a good customer, but I visited Cane’s today because my wife wanted some food from cane’s.To people working in cane’s you have to put your customers in the top, so we can put you in the top of our choices.You have lost me as a loyal customer, and you will keep losing customers if you stayed taken money from customers and don’t give them what they have ordered.

Cane's has amazing food, however this location is very slow to get your food out to you. Every time during the dinner rush they get so backed up. You make chicken, it's always busy at this time, why do you never make enough food? I dont go here anymore because I don't want to wait 15 minutes to get my food.

I know many people like this but I didn't like the dipping sauce and the crinkle cut fries were very oily, thin, and lacked flavor. I thought the breading lacked flavor as well. I like that the chicken is always fresh and the breading is light (even if it lacks flavor).
