Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Legit came in here to ask for some extra sauce with a dollar in my hand ready to pay and the guy at the counter gets so angry at me after saying he already gave me sauce. How hard is it to charge me 40 cents for sauce, seriously.

Quite literally the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant and Cane’s is usually a leader in fast food customer experience. I sat in a short drive through line for about 15-20 minutes and when I finally got to the speaker, the person on the speaker was nice and I thought she said pull up to the first window.I pulled up to the first window and after like 30 seconds the worker at the second window then leaned out the window and threw her hands up so I thought she was just frustrated it was taking a while. She then stared at me and I jestured it she wanted me to pull up. She then just throws her hands up again and leans back in the window. I eventually just pulled up to the second window and l said “sorry I thought she said first window” and she didn’t respond. She then runs my card and comes back with my food and goes “there’s nobody back there you were sitting at an empty window” and I go “oh sorry, I thought…” and before I could finish my sentence she just says “have a nice day” and slams the window shut. Like dang, I’m sorry that was the worst thing that happened to you all day. It was honestly just an innocent miscommunication but she made me feel really bad about myself and questioning if I even want to come back to a Cane’s. Sucks because I love the food. Just no reason to make that big of a deal of it, I get that you have to deal with stupid people all day but that was just doing way too much.

Lady at drive through is extremely rude; kept saying my order wrong, corrected herself three times, when I tried to confirm she starts being rude for no reason. This is a service oriented joint. No need to be this rude to people looking to pick up food. Do better.

For a place only serving chicken strips you’d think they would get a simple order right… I asked for lemonade light ice and extra ketchups got a lemonade with 1/3 the cup full of ice and no sauce in my bag having to waste my time , park and go inside.
Who over is running these places needs to put someone in charge who isn’t a 18 yr kid with no care or clue of what they are doing.

The oil needs to be changed. My tenders tasted burnt like they were cooked in old oil. My fries were super salty and my Arnold Palmer tasted weird.

Customer service was great. I probably won’t visit this location again.

Love being able to walk into this location and be greeted by a real person. The chicken meals are easy to order, love the lemonade SO much, and it's always good.

Parking: If their lot is full, another lot is just a few feet away, and you can find parking for your rig and trailer if you need it.
