First let me say, 99% of the time I'm a drive through customer. My husband likes to have Canes at least once every week to ten days so we have been loyal customers since they opened.
The staff is always friendly and up until about 6 months ago I had no issues ever. Since that time on at least 3-4 occasions I've gotten home to find I'm missing items I paid for like extra bread or sauce. Other times the chicken was over cooked and too crunchy...

Usually they’re pretty good but lately the chicken has been kinda rubbery or idk the word for it but a couple of strips had grizzle and what seemed like skin on/in them… the chicken strips are small but overall they usually have good food. The chicken has certainly changed and sometimes the fries are a bit soggy.
