In my continued endeavor to highlight good restaurant experiences, I found myself in an Asian food court in Allen Texas. I was quite surprised by the location of this restaurant at first, however, the amazing aromas that followed quickly settled my concerns. I was pleased with the food and found it quite tasty, but what really stood out to me was the hospitality. The gentleman standing behind the counter taking my order always had a smile on his face and genuinely seemed to be enjoying his job. His hospitality was immaculate and genuinely made my day. I would definitely recommend ramen kabukiya to anyone in the area.

This place can be a miss if they aren't vibing that day but slap your socks off on other days. And most of the time they slap my socks off. Sometimes the food is a bit too oily or salty but I never had a problem with the quality and freshness of the ingridients they use. That fresh ingredient taste matters and makes me come back everytime because I can tell they put a decent amount of time on prepping their ingredients. And yes they sometimes use too many vegetables but as a vegetarian I love that. I prefer the ramen to be a little hotter but otherwise it tastes really good and has been some if the best ramen I've had in a while. The prices are also very decent especially for the portion of some menu items.
Came from San Antonio for a small vacation and visited this restaurant. The gentleman, who help me picked delicious wagyu rice was so helpful, super nice and very sweet. When I come back to Dallas I'll be sure to stop by again. Thank you for the fun experience. ☺️

This is an excellent ramen shop. I've been to Japan many times. I've eaten at award winning shops in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara. This Tonkatsu is excellent. The owner is the perfect embodiment of perfectionist high energy Japanese business owner. His food is excellent, he cares deeply, and he is extremely attentive. I'm going to say this again very bluntly: I have had Ramen in Japan all over.
This is authentic. This is what you get in Japan, exactly. The Menma, the Beni shōga, the Tonkatsu, all of it is exactly what you would have in Tokyo in the afternoon any day.
Some may complain because they're not from Japan and they want to haggle or want something else maybe more for less... But this is REAL, this is authentic as it gets.
If you don't want to spend 13 hours flying to Tokyo, I promise this is literally what it tastes like. This man is a saint. You should thank him and eat here.
Thank you for the delicious meal.

Best fried rice in the area. I’ve tried all the variations of their fried rice and I loved them all. Even the plain fried rice is excellent.

I love their kemichi Rama soups and fried rice is the best we ever eat. Will go there every time I feel to eat kemichi Rama and fried rice. The owner is very kind and great service too.

Nice little spot inside Mitsuwa. Got the garlic wagyu fried rice and gyoza. Lovely customer service, super cheerful and brought us our food, so nice! Def plan to go again and try other dishes.

I was a little skeptical at first since I came in looking for a spicy ramen, but they only had a creamy vegan ramen. I decided to give it a try and oh my god—it was one of the best vegan ramens I’ve had in a long time! I added all the chili pepper options they had, and it turned out amazing. Plus, it’s tucked inside the Mitsuwa Japanese Market, which makes the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Went there tonight with my daughter who was home from Deployment over seas in the military. The service was excellent, the food was delicious.
MOST OF ALL MY DAUGHTER FORGOT HER PURSE WHILE WE ATE THERE. THE GENTLEMAN WORKING THE COUNTER RETURNED IT TO THE STORE. Your kindness, and generosity or returning her purse was unmatched. I will definitely be coming back.
Thanks again your kindness on returning her purse was truly appreciated.

food is terrible, ordered the wagyu fried rice and the gyoza.
the fried rice was way too salty, I only took few bites and left it, the gyoza was fried burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. atmosphere in the food area is nice and busy with lots of vendors.

I went and got the Spicy Umami ramen about an hour ago from writing this, and it was the best! It only tingled in my mouth, which I didn't think would make the perfect amount of spicy! The guy at the front is very friendly & chatty, too!
By the way, I forgot to ask a question for Saka (I hope I got that name right!). What noodles did you use for your Spicy Umami? I assume it's udon, but I wanna be extra sure! I have leftovers, and I wanna make more noodles for the broth!

This is a restaurant inside Mitsuwa marketplace so atmosphere is as expected for a public food court. We ordered the pork belly and wagyu buns, gyoza, and the wagyu fried rice. The Wagyu buns were my favorite - meat was tender and buns were soft and fluffy.

Not even playing, this was the BEST fried rice and ramen ive EVER had and i have high standards. Coming from LA, we have eaten so many diff types of ramen and this is hands down the tastiness and the service is top notch. They are so kind happy and helpful. The wagyu fried rice and the Kimchi ramen will have me coming back for more and bringing friends!
