Reservation made for 25. We had only one server. Seated at 1:00 PM, was served our main entree at around 3:30 PM. The manager advised 3 staff members called out. The manager could have helped her server, but she didn't until until towards the end. The server was great. He was very polite, had a good attitude, and was patient, and he did his best to serve our party. We help him out with removing used dishes from the table, keeping our own tables cleaned.

The reimagine isn't up to so the hype of tv. They raised the prices of several dishes and yes they have boils but the price isn't family friendly.

Food was pretty good overall. Lobster and crab were great, and the shrimp too. However the chips and cracker we got with the crab dip and clamp chowder were soooo stale. The fountain drinks C02 was way off too, the drinks were flat. Crab dip, chowder and bisque were barely warm when brought out. Overall the main items were good, they just need to fine tune a few things. Staff was friendly but there was no sign of any manager.

We had an incredible dining experience thanks to our amazing waitress, Nhi. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly elevated our meal.
Nhi was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure every detail of our visit was perfect. She checked in regularly without being intrusive and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.
It’s rare to find someone who delivers such exceptional service with such authenticity and grace. Nhi is a true asset to the Red Lobster team—we’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for her again!
