Ricky’s is BY FAR the BEST hot chicken in north Dallas. Hands down. My husband and I drive 30 minutes just to get their $13 Birds Nest (a bed of seasoned fries, a hefty portion of hot chicken tenders chopped up, pickles, special sauce and coleslaw piled high) + a drink. Check the hours since this is a small business and various times/days it’s closed. But if you’re thinking of going to Dave’s across the street or Birdcall up Preston, just don’t, you won’t regret it.
Absolutely delicious, wayyyy better than Dave’s. Great customer service, quick time to make food, and great prices. Also, whoever the owner is, you are super funny? Keep up the good work guys
I recently tried Ricky Chicken and was really impressed. The chicken was crispy and perfectly seasoned, striking a great balance of flavor without being overwhelming. One thing to note is that they have limited hours, which can make it difficult to grab a bite when you want it. Overall, if you're craving some quality chicken, Ricky Chicken is definitely worth a visit!
