My daughters & myself ate here for the first time yesterday. The service was exceptional! Our waitress was superb! The appetizers were delicious! The Tortilla soup was so good!! My turkey sandwich delicious. But… I love good onion rings & was so looking forward to them but they were not good at all! Greasy & chewy, they tasted like they were pre breaded. Couldn’t taste the onion. Would not order them again unless they changed the recipe & made them with a better batter. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit & would definitely return!
the food and the service at Allen and Plano Are Always great! had a big party at the Plano location on Preston and the manager DAVID KRACH was absolutely fabulous to work with, with our changing back and forth seating needs. But he accommodated so happily and even waited for me to get there to meet me after I told him my story! so so kind and really cares about the clientele!
Just like any place that welcomes dogs, this is a super cool atmosphere. The patio and fire pit on the patio are so relaxing. The service is on point by being friendly, attentive, and helpful with drink and food suggestions. The only downside was that the veer prices are a little steep, but I am new to the area, so maybe only being competitive with surrounding businesses. Either way, the prices will not prevent me from being a repeat customer.

Bar service not good. 2 times there recently and they r never available. While I was there, 2 people sat at bar, forever, then after 8 minutes, both walked out. I had to beg for anything. Couple next to me could not get their check. For 2 or 3 servers working, not that busy, just not available. It took forever just to beg for anything. Not a pleasant experience
My fiancé and I ate here for a couples lunch date and it was great! I had a chicken parm lunch size, and my fiancé had a chicken pot pie. We both struggled to finish our food but decided to get desert as well. The open face apple and huckleberry pie was amazing. Our waitress was quick with refills, was very knowledgeable of the extensive menu, and was super friendly!
The food was served in big portions but it was delicious and the customer service is was amazing. Our server was extremely attentive.
Ok, but nothing great. Hostess was NOT friendly or welcoming, she really set the stage for a less than acceptable dining experience. Food was ok, nothing over the top.
A large group (13) went for Mother's day brunch. Excellent service. Good food and big variety. Good value.
The decor is great. Service was wonderful. Patrick recommended the butter cake and it was amazing. Affordable prices too.
Chandler is truly one of the friendliest and most personable servers I've ever had (and I've been to many restaurants in my lifetime!). When I told her I have an allergy to garlic, she got the chef, Bill, and Bill and Chandler worked tirelessly with me to check every single ingredient in the entrees we discussed to ensure I wouldn't become ill... especially since I had an 8 hour drive back to Kansas City later that afternoon. That's very rare! And Chandler continued to treat us like we were family friends with a genuinely cheerful and helpful attitude and the perfect amount of conversation. She's also great at her job! The lunch was perfectly paced. I loved the food, as did my son. And will definitely be back next time I'm visiting.
