First time to Rokhat Grill. Food are really in good quality. Ordered Rack of Lamb with French Fries, and Rokhat Samsa with meat. They charge 15%service charge without letting us know. Not sure if it is new rule in Dallas. I never expect a double service charge for 2 people dine in. We ended up paying over 30% service fee for the meal. I suggest to print out the check list to let your customers know what you are charging rather than just ask to pay on the kiosk!
