I am a huge foodie but before i go anywhere i research the facility. Ive seen the negative reviews here and on yelp. It seems there is minor quality control issues off and on as well as much more consistently poor customer service (customer service i would not even pretend to accept to be polite) however this is not why my experience with this location is already negative. If you look through the negative reviews their management team has not even attempted to reach out to these reviewers and ask how they can improve. This shows me that the experience of the customers dont matter. This facility's customer service both in person and online is too disappointing for me to proceed further. Its a shame too. I heard about some a5 wagyu covered in egg i really wanted to explore.

Very worth it! I was honestly worried about eating here due to the reviews. I heard from a friend there was a change in the management, so I gave it a shot myself. The service was amazing. We were able to order immediately and they gave us our food within minutes of our soups boiling. I do have to admit they do not explain how to cook hotpot, but it does explain in the menu. You get AYCE sushi and hotpot for 28$ dinner ($34 for premium). You do not pay extra for the sauce bar or the soup broth. The 28$ has angus beef, while $34 has wagyu beef. I have tried both and think they're worth it for different occasions. This is the best hotpot I have gone to in Dallas and it does remind me of Singapore. Will definitely go back!Few tips if you're new to hotpot: Don't overcook the meat though, as it will make it chewy. I'd highly recommend you watch a youtube video on how to cook with hotpot if you've never done so before.Pictures below are from the premium menu.

Today, I took seven friends to eat hot pot. The food is fresh and delicious. The service staff in the restaurant are friendly. Their prices are really affordable. I eat them every week. Their sushi is also delicious. And you can bring your own drinks. Salmon is also fresh.One of the best places to eat hot pot in Dallas.

Chubby Cattle is a really good revolving sushi bar and hot pot. It’s all you can eat and very reasonably priced for what you get. We visited for lunch and was actually really impressed by the food quality compared to other revolving sushi places. They are super friendly and seem to have really good service.

Was there yesterday for lunch. Broth was flavorful not like these other hotpot places which were very bland. Meat and seafood were great. Sushi was ok, but we weren't there for sushi. Service was good. Will be back!

The AYCE option is definitely the way to go. The sushi is decent but don't expect too much. I wasn't that big on my tomato ox-tail broth but the standard hot broth my wife got was pretty good. Also BYOB so you can just grab some drinks from the grocery store right next door.
