Hands down, the worst “Italian” restaurant I’ve ever been to.
I ordered fettuccine carbonara, eggplant parmigiana, plus two other dishes—because apparently I enjoy suffering. Every single plate was awful. But the star of the show was the carbonara, which bravely reimagined the dish as some sort of confused Alfredo sauce with an identity crisis.

When the server asked how everything was, I made the mistake of being honest. He later returned with the manager (or someone playing that role), and I politely explained that this was not carbonara. I mentioned I’ve had carbonara many times, including in Italy—north and south. The response?
“That’s how carbonara is made in Texas.”
Ah yes… Texas, the undisputed authority on Roman cuisine. 🤠🍝

I told them it was fine and that I’d finish my plate—I just wanted to give feedback. Plot twist: I couldn’t finish anything. Even better, I was rewarded later that night with diarrhea, which is rare for me since I have a pretty resilient stomach.

So if you’re craving Italian food that’s been aggressively Texanized and bears only a passing resemblance to the originals, this is your place. Authenticity not included.

Everything about Roma’s was exceptional! The service was impeccable and the food was somehow even better than the service. Strongly recommend the pink sauce with the bread, compliments to the owner for that suggestion. Wonderful experience and I’ll be back anytime I’m on this side of town.

The service was good and the vibes were cozy, but my food was honestly pretty bad. I ordered chicken piccata and my friend ordered chicken parmesan. The chicken parmesan was passable, but the chicken piccata was so sour that it oddly tasted like fish. I could barely eat it. Their free garlic knots were ok though.

The absolute best hole in the wall Italian spot.
Tried the hand tossed pepperoni pizza, the sauce was homemade. Chefs kiss. Highly recommend checking out this restaurant.

I don't usually take time to write reviews of places but this is an exception. Everything about this place is phenomenal. We had the chicken picata and the spicey chicken and shrimp. They were excellent. The rolls were amazing and the owners were the sweetest, nicest people. We will definitely be back.

It’s past due writing this review, but the food here is always fantastic. The kids love the spaghetti, the lobster ravioli is fantastic, and the lasagna is amazing.
They’re always super attentive and ensure you have a great experience.
It’s a double edged sword because I love they’re not slammed when we eat here but this place is an undiscovered gem for most (apparently).
Best Italian we have had in the Dallas area!

Took a party of 8 there. Apps were great. I ate the romas tour. Chicken parm, ravioli, and fettuccine alfredo. Delish. Kids had pizza. All gone. Will go again soon.

The man waiting on us was very busy and made it known that he didn't have the patience for our party of eight celebrating a birthday. The food was good. We tried both Chiantis by the glass and they were bad (old, oxidized). He apologized later for his attitude, but we have plenty of restaurants that appreciate our business.

The restaurant was not that full when I arrive, but it got a lot more lively as time went on. The minestrone soup was delicious. I recommend it linguine with clam sauce was also very good, but not that spicy. In my opinion the restaurant has a very nice vibe which added to the experience.
