The cake was moist and design was everything I envisioned

We tried this place today for the first time. We noticed it after finishing lunch at a restaurant within the shopping center. The inside is pretty and I love that the sign inside says it is all made from scratch. There are many choices; more than I expected. You can order a slice of cake, cupcakes, or a whole cake. We bought a couple of different flavors- Oreo and red velvet cupcakes plus coconut and chocolate strawberry slices. $24 + the credit card machine asks if you want to tip. The woman assisting us said the cupcakes were sold 2 at a time. Apparently you can’t get a single cupcake?? Her demeanor was all business and she seemed impatient as we ordered. My son ate his Oreo cupcake incredibly fast. Not surprising for a kid but he gave it his stamp of approval. My red velvet cupcake was delicious. It didn’t have a rum cake taste, but the frosting was light and not overly sweet. The actual cupcake was moist and flavorful. We have yet to eat our 2 slices but expect they will be equally as good. Hopefully the next time we go, we’ll get better service. The service is the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I considered only doing 3 stars but figured I’d give the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was just having a bad day.

My take out was great.
However I tried to order for Valentine's delivery and through there app there was no way to specify this went to someone that wasn't me. I called and they told me to use doordash. So I wasted time on there to learn the tiramisu wasn't available through doordash. I called after trying to do this for 45 min and was told "there's nothing we can do." They told me the person that runs the business schedule is unpredictable so no idea if they'll be in. So... They lose my 80 bucks in business. Guess I'll get flowers instead.
