Rusty Taco has officially lost a loyal customer. The service at this location is beyond unacceptable, and after repeated disappointments, I refuse to waste another dollar here. The woman taking my order was disgustingly rude—there’s no other way to put it. I ordered four fish tacos, yet she only rang me up for one. When I politely corrected her, she acted like I was the problem, sighing and making it clear that fixing her mistake was some massive inconvenience. Apparently, basic customer service is too much to ask for.
I addressed the issue with the manager, who apologized but made no effort to actually rectify the situation—no comped item, no discount, just a hollow “sorry.” Given how often I’ve ordered breakfast for my office from this place, you’d think they’d care about keeping regulars happy. But it’s clear this location doesn’t value its customers. The food is painfully average, and the service is nonexistent. I’m done giving them my business, and I’d strongly advise others to do the same.

First time coming into the establishment and I got the chicken nachos. I probably wouldn’t come back to try them again . Just stick with the tacos honestly but the chips are good . The cheese for me is not it . Really big portions for the price tho . I had alot of chicken and cheese left over.

I tried the veggie tacos at Rusty Tacos, including the Black Bean Taco and the Rajas Taco. While the ingredients like chipotle black beans, fajita veggies, mushrooms, and cheeses were fresh, the overall taste was just average. It felt like something was missing to really bring the flavors together, especially considering the price of $3.84 per taco.

The 🌮tacos are very good however they are very proud of them and this is reflected in the price. Over priced in my opinion .I spent almost 17 dallors for three small tacos ,and I was still hungry.
Been going here for as long as I can remember.....as good as the tacos are, the team & atmosphere is BETTER (the country music they play is top-notch). Be sure to get the 'half & half' margarita (half frozen, half rocks) & thank me later

I saw this place when driving home one evening. I was telling my son and his gf about it seeing if either had eaten there. His gf said she had and it was really good, so they took me there for my b-day. I had their birria tacos I found them flavorless, I ate one there took the rest home. The chips and queso were ok, queso was thin. Margarita were premade. I think a family with kiddos night out this would be a good fun place, or after a game. Just not my type of place.

Husband and I tried them for the first time the other night, I had the fish taco and the Baja shrimp taco AMAZING! Husband had the brisket and the Philly cheesesteak taco, then we had the quac/ caso/ salsa and chip combo, he had the churro and I had a peach taco for dessert. Everything was so delicious I can’t wait to go back!
