Their salad ingredients are very fresh. Everything is behind clear shields so customers can't touch the food as staff is preparing it. You tell them what to put in your bowl, so it has exactly what you want in it. I will definitely go back!

How do you do just salads and maybe soup? Try it once, you’ll be back. This place is more efficiently run, has more variety, and is more reasonably priced than other salad spots. There are NO limits on toppings. To finish a large salad requires a huge appetite. Unpretentious setting, friendly staff and quality food. The tea is very good.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I had to constantly ask for more salad more toppings etc.....then the server said that he could not give me more. They nickel and dime you and try to give you as little ingredients in order to make more money. Then I asked server for another roll she wanted to charge $1 more for an overpriced salad. Never ever coming back I dont like being treated as such. If you wanna go to Salata please DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. There is one on Plano and one around Stonebriar Mall they are much more concern with a happy customer, these guys are focused on greed and $$$.
