This is the worst Salata store. The older Hispanic guy is rude, unfriendly and has a habit of badmouthing HIS OWN CUSTOMERS in Spanish to the other Hispanic girl that works with him, assuming they can’t understand. He did twice on 2 separate occasions about us and other customers. Why? I have no idea. Additionally, the food has gotten really bad. The different greens are Wrinkled, dry and unappealing. I will never ever come back to this place.

I drove 20 min thru heavy lunch hour traffic to order a $20 salad from the Plano,Tx location. When I got there the trays were shriveled and almost out. I asked for fresh and was told this is fresh as they filled my bowl with crumbs and I walked out. The customer is always right. It would serve them well to remember that. I won’t be back.

Called to put in an order of 11 salads for my work, I did try online but for some reason it wouldn’t let me check out. So I called, the person who answered the phone said you have to do online after I explained to him what the issue was, he hu. Missed out on a great order and tip! Will not call back to this place!

Salad at Salata was good and fresh, but there are a few downsides. Parking can be limited during peak times, and the protein portions don’t really scale up to me, you get about the same amount in a regular as in a small. Prices feel a bit on the higher side for what you get. Overall, decent salads, but keep the portion quirks in mind.

I love salata . Very old customer. Will be the customer still. But not for this location. Staff attitude is very bad . Please don’t reply of apology message OR anything. That will never return my time and my excitement and my money back. Just work on that issue. Because i am only 1 customer leaving this place and it will not affect the business, but may be i will be the 1st drop of rain. So please tell your employees to be nice and take care of customers with good mood . Thanks

This location has seen better days. I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS and they’ve gone downhill. The employees have no skills in customer and basic knowledge on how to handle food properly. The Hispanics that work here don’t greet their customers and they use gloves to handle the food. They don’t use the spoons but instead use their hands with gloves to grab the food. This is the only Salats location I’ve seen where they use their hands to grab food. It’s unacceptable. When you look at the toppings, it lacks clean presentation because it all looks like a jumbled mess. The employees were extremely rude too. The Frisco locations are so much better. I will never come here again.
