I love Salata and their yummy wraps! When I frequently go in, Katie is the worker that provides my service! She is always so welcoming and nice with a big smile on her face! She gives me great portions, and i’ve never had a bad wrap!! I love Salata and will definitely be coming back!!

Solata for Lunch the staff never smiled customers reach there entire are across the glass and staff does not correct them Covid is Real people please get a grip on Customer reached across the glass to pick what they want on their Salad it’s disgusting and when you spend close to 50 dollars you want to be paying for Salad not germs .

Today my wife and I had lunch at Salata on Preston Rd in Plano. 1 small salad, 1 wrap, and 2 iced teas. Total price was $41. ??
The food was ok, probably 6 out of 10 and the inside was clean . Did I mention a salad and wrap with 2 beverages cost $41!?
It almost qualified as highway robbery. We won’t be going back. I can get basically the same thing at Jason’s or Panera for 1/2 that. Amazes me how some places think they can charge these prices and think everything is just dandy. If you want to pay up (way up!) for a mediocre salad and wrap then this is your kind of place!

I went in June 12th 2024 around 7pm-7:30pm and The $4 pita chips I paid for were stale and before I purchased them I had asked if they were stale before buying and the employee young white male said “we premade them this morning” with an off putting tone so I blindly trusted and they were very stale.
Little pricey for a salad, but the food is outstanding.

Absolutely Horrible!!!!Went here at about lunch time on 5/8/24, & while standing in line waiting to order, I saw the tall man with a gray baseball hat & black beard, ringing up customers & bagging up to-go orders. He then placed a customers receipt in his mouth, then bagged the order, & then taped the receipt to the bag. How DISGUSTING. Salata should check their video during this time & see the DISGUST for themselves.
