I love Salata. But this location's serving size is not good for the price you’re paying. The staff is friendly, but I repeated I wanted to add croutons to my wrap about 2 times, and they didn’t add any. My wrap was so small and not well wrapped compared to ones I’ve gotten before at other locations. They hardly even added any chicken. Definitely double-check your order and keep consistently asking because they won’t give you anything.

I absolutely love this location Linsey is the best so sweet and most of all professional. I live in Plano and there’s one down the street from my house. Salata on Preston Road is a great spot for a fresh salad and a clean, comfortable place to eat.
We stopped in for a dine-in lunch and ordered two regular salads. The build-your-own process was smooth, with clearly labeled options and an impressive variety of toppings to choose from. I went with the pesto chicken, which had good flavor and fit the overall mix well. The salads were huge—plenty to fill you up without feeling heavy.
Everything tasted fresh, and the restaurant was spotless with a bright, green interior that gives off that clean-eating energy. They had a nice selection of tea as well.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience seamless. At just under $17 per person, it’s not the cheapest lunch, but the value is there—you’re paying for freshness, speed, and customization, and you actually get it.
Plenty of parking, good layout, and a spot I’d gladly return to. Highly recommend for a quick, feel-good lunch that doesn’t feel like a compromise.

I love Salata and their yummy wraps! When I frequently go in, Katie is the worker that provides my service! She is always so welcoming and nice with a big smile on her face! She gives me great portions, and i’ve never had a bad wrap!! I love Salata and will definitely be coming back!!
