The food is so delicious 😋 We went there back to back. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is definitely spicy so don't take the Xtra Hot lightly. We'll definitely be back.

Came here to pick up loaded fries and a single tender. The chicken was really greasy. Tasted like they used old oil. The person who took my order was rude. The chicken also tasted sweet with spice powder on top. They didn’t even give a side sauce with my tender. Came here on a Friday Night and got bad food. Really disappointing.

Just had the Chicken & Waffles here. It was delicious. The chicken was fried crispy and very tender. The waffle was light and fluffy and did not get gummy when I poured syrup on it. It was a good value. $12.99 for 2 large tenders and 1 waffle cut into quarters. They advertise that the chicken is halal and organic. I did see the certs on the wall so some agency has verified their claims. I ordered the mild level of heat which was plenty for me. You people who like to have your lips burned off, they can accomodate you as well. I subbed the coleslaw for the fries. Very tasty, although I like a little less sauce, but tasty nonetheless. I recommend this place if you're in the area. They also have family meal specials, so great for movie night.

ordered a number 4 and got a number 3. The guy at the front refused to make what i ordered and said he couldn’t do anything about it . Terrible service and will not be going back. Kitchen also looked dirty food was premade and took 3 minutes to get my food. I ate what I got and it tasted terrible.

First off, guys - their zinger sandwich is one of my favorite chicken burgers/sandwiches in all of Dallas!!

We got the zinger sandwich, loaded fries, 2 pc fried chicken, and the chicken cheese platter.

The zinger sandwich was a solid 5/5. The chicken was moist, crunchieness from the coleslaw, and the comeback sauce has a great spice but also rich. The loaded fries were a good second, my option for when I want some chicken loaded fries. The fries were not greasy. Fried chicken meat was moist inside, but I felt like the breading could use more seasoning. But if you dipped it in one of their sauces, it works out great. The platter had fluffy, flavorful rice, and I loved the cilantro sauce they give with it. The kebab itself is moist inside, and cheesy when it comes to the table right away. However, the cheese hardens when it cools and it becomes kind of chewy.

Parking: It’s in a store complex area, so plenty of parking available

Kid-friendliness: They have an arcade in the front and baby chairs.

Amazing food at reasonable and competitive pricing. I went there on a sunny day on a weekday around 2 pm. When we walked in, there were no customers, and the place looked big enough to sit at least 50 customers, and it's a clean, big environment with nice posters all around. The cashier/ server greeted us in a good manner, and we ordered the following:

1) 3 jumbo tenders w/fries combo: This cost $12.99 ($1 1.99 without a fountain drink)
2) Fried chicken 2 pcs (1 side and 1 drink combo): This cost $8.49

When it comes to taste the tenders were spot on with a very soft and juicy tender with the perfect amount of crisp and spice level (we chose medium).

However, compared to the high bar set by the tenders, the fried chicken was a bit pale in comparison. The chicken inside was crispy and juicy but the outer layer of skin was rather rock solid and too salty in my opinion. I would give the fried chicken a solid 7/10 while the tenders get a 9.5/10.

Fries were also very good. I took their spicy sauce, which tasted amazing.

The toilets were clean, and i had a great experience overall. Would recommend.

Tip: If you are on budget like me, I would get individual tenders and take a fry individually. Also, skip the combo from the fried chicken. Happy eating!

So my family and I finally stopped to Dine-In today. Glad we did! 2 words: ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! 🤤
All of the Chicken is #Halal which is a huge plus and appreciated.🍗
I had the Tenders in Mild which were very flavorful, and moist. I can't handle too spicy. But they have 3 levels above this for the adventures and heat lovers. I also had their House dipping sauce along with Honey Mustard. Both we're very tasty. All sauces are homemade in house which is appreciated.
My wife had a 4pc bone-in chicken which was crispy and seasoned well. She also had Cole slaw which she enjoyed. Fries were hot & crispy.
We tried a couple of new menu items: Chicken Skewer over Rice which had a nice garnish of lettuce, tomato and purple onion. The chicken is super savory and delicious! This same chicken is used in their Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Also Wings that were very tasty! Finally we tried their Loaded Waffle: Nutella, Oreo, Chocolate Syrup, Ice cream: WOW!!!
Everything was Hot and Fresh!
The other component of a great Dining Experience for me is not only yummy food but excellent customer service. I am very happy to say, that I met Sal and Afreen the Owners. They are nice, positive energy and happy to be there helping their staff! As a Business Owner myself, I truly appreciate this. ✅ Needless to say, I and my Family will absolutely return for more... 💯

10/10 watch out mild is spicy anything more is even more perfect if that’s your thing. I think mild is perfect

Not a bad fried chicken joint (reasonable prices, fast service, good juicy chicken) but it is NOT Nashville Hot Chicken!

The breading and spices are so different from actually Nashville chicken…this place seems to use panko breading (like a japanese fried chicken) rather than flaky, and the spices are bland and lack any sort of cayenne pepper, arguably the most important part of hot chicken. It tasted like a Katsu Don I’d get at a Japanese place. I got the second most spicy level (Hot) and it was bland. Even my girlfriend who cannot handle spice at all could eat it without issue. Finally, the breading sloughed off the chicken, rather than being flaky and crisp. Go to Ricky’s Hot Chicken for an authentic, HOT chicken experience.
