Atmosphere and service are great. The food is disastrous and it was the absolute worst meal I've ever received at a steakhouse restaurant.
Drink was undrinkable. So sweet, even watering down several times made it no more palatable.
Salad was swimming in dressing. Got about a third of the way through before giving up.
Steak was overcooked (asked for medium, it was well done) and had no seasoning or flavor and had no hints of broil or grill. It looked steamed - tried one bite and set it aside. Broccoli was waterlogged also with no favor. The 4 shrimp were tolerable. It's the only thing I finished that night.
Paid for it because the service staff are on point. Should have otherwise walked away.

Had to wait a while before being seated. My waiter was good. Ordered a medium steak with grilled shrimp. Both came well done. They replaced it, but both the overdone and correctly done steaks were full of grizzle. I am a rewards member cashing in my birthday rewards, and the manager is supposed to come talk to you, but he talked to some people who weren't rewards members, but he walked right past me and ignored me. Not a good overall experience here.

The service is good; however, the steak is not the best. I've had better for the money you are paying. I had the Iron Flank with spicy shrimp. I left the steak; it had no flavor, and my husband had the T-bone. It was not the best. We were visiting from out of state and had been there before, but the quality has gone down.

Went to try the Prime Rib last Friday for the first time and I can honestly say it was the worst I’ve ever been served. 80% fat. Our food took 45 minutes to arrive, longest it has ever taken. This piece of fat and gristle should not be $42.99.
