I only hate one thing about this location... gas station!!! It's such a mess. I don't understand why they have arrows on the ground to follow and everyone does whatever they want. It makes the place a mess!!!!! Seriously they should be like all other locations and tell people to only go the direction of the arrows!!!! Ugh so frustrating. This mas made me avoid this location.

I spent $400 shopping in Sams. When I came to my car my engine was dead. I went to the automotive department to ask if they had an automatic charger or if someone could help me. They told me they couldn't do anything but I could buy a charger. It wouldn't work immediately. How can an automotive department that is replacing batteries and tires not be allowed to assist a customer in the parking lot who would pay for the service. How can there be noone willing to help? Shame on you Sams! I'll start going back to Costco right up the street. They are always very helpful with loading packages I'm sure they would help someone who has a dead battery and $400 worth of groceries!

I recently signed up for a Sams credit card I was told I would be given a 55 dollar credit for doing so.when I received the card there was no indication of this. I had to call the bank and was told I needed to make another purchase of 55 dollars or more to receive the credit.I was not informed when I signed up for the credit card. Iam very displeased with the store and I will not be shopping there anymore. The staff was inconsiderate and rude.This was the store on Springcreek parkway in Plano Texas Thank you

I've worn hearing aids for over ten years. When I lost one of my aids last week I stopped by Sam's hearing center in the Plano store to see what they had. Leah helped me out and I was amazed. In my ten years of using a couple of different places to purchase and service my hearing aids I've never experienced such wonderful service!! Leah was so professional and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing and why each step of the way. The product is great but the personal service is even better. If you have hearing issues go see Leah in the Plano store, you won't regret it.

I LOVE Sams Clubs curbside service and their scan and go. Best warehouse store to shop at and I also have Costco but that's a go to if I can't find something at Sams Club.

Love the curb service Sams Club has. The only issue with the curb service is that you cannot order the rotisserie chicken, you must go into the store. I shop here twice a month and love the convenience.

Great if you know what you want and they have it but don't expect to get helped by anyone. I don't even think half of the employees speak English, and that is not disrespect, that is fact. Try calling to ask a question, you will stay on the phone until they hang up on you. Want to ask about an item in the catalogue that is on sale for certain days, nope, not available online or in stores yet it reappears available after the sale. Crappy way to do business. I will have to switch to Costco.

This place has a good feeling to let you know it is a free place to relax with good tactics. To fight against the pandemic we are all facing and I love that the staff are all wearing face masks and are being a good role model to the guest and respecting and taking up responsibilities really love it check it out SAMS CLUB

If I could give then 0 stars I would, worst store ever with the worst attitude. They have no sense of customer service, they also don't know a thing about accountability for their actions. They all need to be retaught basic customer service skills. They need a change to management that takes care of the customers.

We purchased a pair of glasses in the optical shop of Sams in McKinney and the nose piece fell off after close to a year of wearing. We were close to the Sam's in Plano East and called them and asked if we could come to their store to have them fixed? Happily the optics department said they would be happy to help us. We arrived 15 minutes later and they fixed the nose piece within 3 minutes and we were done in 5 minutes - BEST customer service I have seen in a really long time - Kuddos to Sams Optical in Plano East on Spring Creek Thank you!

Signed up for a membership online because they were offering a great deal where they give you a $45 credit. All I had to do was take the email with the code to store (which I did) and show it to customer service (which I did) when they printed my card. Well 2 visits later I still didn't have my credit so back to customer service I went. They tell me they can't help me and I need to call customer service. Great. So I sit on the phone for 45 minutes just so they can tell me they too can't help and they have to escalate it to their back office. Basically they offer these things and then don't honor them.... sounds like stealing to me!
