Wow, where to begin with this location. I ordered a Medium Texas Schlotzky's with chips and a water. I was asked if bottled water was fine and I replied that a fountain cup with water was fine instead.
I pull up to the window to pay and I'm handed a kid size 8oz cup with water. I ask for a larger cup since I ordered a medium combo. I am then informed that my order was not rung up as a combo, but more expensively as each item separately charged. I was then informed that this was because I requested a fountain cup of water rather than a bottle of water.
As if that makes any difference. I can go to any other sandwich shop or restaurant and they can provide me a fountain drink cup of water and charge it as part of a regular combo. The employee admitted that the policy made no sense, but she did not offer to replace my drink with a bottle of water and re-run the transaction as a combo to lower the price to what it should have been.
So I'm given the medium fountain cup of water which is 90% ice and the lid isn't properly secured, so as soon as I lift it, it begins to spill. The sandwich bread is stale and overtoasted, feels like biting into a brick.
Oh well, at least the BBQ chips were fine.
Seriously disappointed in the poor quality of food and service. Save yourself the trouble and find a better nearby location to frequent.

The workers are very unprofessional. I went to pick up a sandwich for a pick up order and they said they didn't have it. I verified the address and location, and the employee said I was in the correct location. After several times of her saying that she did not have my order, and several minutes waiting, she looked one last time and it was right in front of her. I would understand if they were busy, but there was no one else in the restaurant! Very unpleasant experience!

Love the delicious fresh food here at Schlotzsky’s! Amber has taken care of us last few times we have been in and the service is great. We also think it’s a very good value for our family. It’s clean and great, give this a try!

Omg! This Mac and cheese makes me want to move in! The best I’ve ever had from a shop! The sandwich (original is what I had) was mouthwatering! I cannot say this enough…if you haven’t tried this place you are missing out! Even if you just go for the Mac and cheese, you owe it to yourself to indulge! I had it for lunch and I’m going back for dinner.

This is a nice little quickie restaurant. We both got the pick 2. The soup was hot & delicious! The sandwich was pretty good, too. Gave 4 stars on service as the gal taking our order was rather impatient with us because we didn't exactly know what we wanted when we stepped to the counter to order and she got snippy with us when she redid hubbs order. I would still come back to eat, though! The food came out quickly. There were not many tables at this location, and as soon as one was vacated, someone sat down. And I never saw anyone wiping tables down, and we were there about 30 minutes.

Should have checked my order. Drove through and ordered jalapeno chips with my sandwich. Didn't realize until I got home they gave me regular chips. For me that ruined the meal. I hate unflavored chips and I hate eating a sandwich without chips. Whole meal went in the trash. Does jalapeno sound like regular?
