Staff was fast and friendly and wearing their masks probably. The restaurant was open with limited seating for social distancing and masks are required to enter. I loved that the bread for my sandwich was fresh out of the oven

I actually never complain like this on web and all that. But I'm wondering who I angered and how. Is it because I ordered my sandwich too close to quitting time so your cutting corners. I hope not since it was 2 hours before y'all close. Maybe someone needs to tell somebody there that when you microwave my $8.00 sandwich you just thoroughly ruined the bread. It becomes rubber and tough and that's the parts of the bread you can eat if you don't pull your teeth out ripping it apart. This is the second time I've tried that schlotzskys on 75 in H.D. Parking lot and I'll stick to other ones because I wouldn't pay $1 for my ruined $8.00 dogs chew toy. So, if your gonna cut corners, (and I promise I don't mind waiting for it to be done right), at least nuke it without the bread. You can't microwave bread. So, That's it. Woof!!!
