This location has the most unprofessional woman that claims to be a manager. I pulled up at the window placed me order did after I finished I asked for my total. She replied stating that she will have my total at the window. I asked her can you please just tell me the total. With a rude tone asking as if I was annoying her with me question she told me that I can get out of her line and leave I told her that she was being rude. Which is apparently true because she multiple complaints of other customers having similar experiences. So once I get the window I asked for their corporate number I wasn’t loud or rude I asked nicely for my order and a corporate number. She asked me what my problem was I stated I didn’t have one. Then she told me not to ever return to this location again all over me wanting to report her unprofessional behavior. I taught that was a little extreme so I contacted another location explained what happened and spoke with an actual professional manger and he agreed that he was in the wrong and apologized for her behavior. I asked would I still be able to go to that location or was I banned he explained to me scoters policy and I could return to that location because I didn’t do anything wrong so the next day I returned and placed the same order and she refused to served me and once again was rude. I have no idea how this person has a job there especially since the business model is advertised as friendly service. But I do not take disrespect likely and I am going to report this to every avenue I can.

Service was friendly and quick and came with a free rubber ducky. The baristas were friendly and walked me through their tea options. I hadn’t been before but it’s right around the corner. With this guest service level, I’ll definitely be back!

Never had a bad experience the few times I go up there! Last time I forgot I was on an all liquid diet and ordered one of the drinks that had berries in it. I had my Dad in the car who mentioned it to the lady behind the window, who quickly told the people making our order to leave the berries out. The lemonade drinks are always the perfect balance of sweet and tart. And if I lived closer to this location, I’d probably go more frequently! But it’s a sometimes treat for when I’m in Plano.

There is a dude who's worked there the longest. Many times he has worked . My food was cold half way. And they nothing to make a customer happy like the scooter on Parker and custer. And he was friendly when my car pulled up. But as soon he hears my voice .. every single tome he is absolutely not friendly . It's like his voice say oh God that customer is here again. I am a MANAGER at a retail store so I know exactly what customer service is all about and I would never tolerate it if my worker acted like this boy did. 11/16/2025 at 2:30 pm He has been doing this for months after they messed up my food three times. Sarah and her team at the Alma location are absolutely amazing! I stop by every single day, and the moment they hear my voice, they already know my order. That level of personal attention and friendliness really makes my mornings brighter. Sarah is such a kind and welcoming manager, and you can tell she leads a wonderful crew. Always fast, always consistent, and always with a smile—this Scooter’s is hands-down the best!
I wasn’t going to write it but I felt like the recovery was sad. I always order a XL white mocha with extra ice and a maple waffle sandwich. I come on my days off cause I am a store manager at Sbux. I got to the window this day and they tried to hand me a large with extra ice, so naturally I said I ordered an extra large. The employee at the window looks at me and says “we heard large”. So I told him well can I get an extra large. He replies “well we heard large and I’m gonna have to charge you the difference, make sure we hear you next time”. I wasn’t going to say anything but that prompted me to say well I always order the same thing every time I come and I was just here yesterday getting the same thing. I don’t mind paying the extra 50 cents but what I do mind is the fact that your first reaction was to blame me. I don’t need to choose scooters, but if that’s how I will be treated I won’t return. After he charged me the extra and I waited for the remake when he went to hand it out to me he said I’m sorry but we didn’t hear you. So I asked for the manager cause why is a miscommunication my fault? I understand you didn’t hear me so the person taking the order made the mistake but I’m the one paying 7 dollars for a coffee and more the breakfast sandwich.

On top of that she got the order wrong, but I wasn't surprised because she doesn't seem to be smart enough to handle such a simple task!!
