Place is rude and too long of wait for decent hot pot. Poor management is killing their business. I went here to have Sunday lunch with family and brought my coffee mug. After they seated us they told me I cant bring outside drinks, instead telling us we cant do that while we were waiting for table. I did not want to walk back to the car so I poured my coffee out on the BBQ grill since we did not plan to eat bbq and had few sips left. Manager came over and started yelling at me why I would do that and got in a stance to fight me. Sorry but what happened to customer service? Another customer next table had to step in between us from getting into a phyical fight. Never will be going back to this business that treat their customers like enemies!

Beautiful restaurant and great service! But very poor normal hot pot and BBQ at this price! Feel I paid for the atmosphere twice than the food! If you like good food, this is not your hot pot/ bbq place. You you like beautiful restaurants and cost $50 above per person, there you go!

I'm not sure why our server started grilling our meats without asking us first (I've never experienced this in all the kbbq restaurants I've been to before) she overcooked the beef and after that she grabbed another plate to put on the grill and I told her, we got it from there. She did not say a word, put the tongs and plate down and walked away. She then didn't check on us until after 30 minutes. Thankfully, Grace took over and I wish she was our server from the very start. I wish the tip went to Grace instead but she had to give it to the girl before her.

Gift card is a scam. They just ask you to wait manager to proceed the transaction, but after 1hour waiting, the answer is still and always manager is busy.

We just tried the Korean bbq for the first time here and it was an overall amazing experience! Our waiter Thach was phenomenal and explained everything to us wonderfully! He even started to cook the meat and gave spot on suggestions. Clean, yummy and a good vibe! Meat was flavorful.

Seapot is a great hot pot place with excellent value for money. Among all the hot pot spots in Dallas, I think they serve the best beef. The broth is also very tasty, and I especially recommend the spicy mala pot, which has just the right kick. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality hot pot with a great value.
