This is the third time we've tried to eat here when we've come into town from out of state, and unfortunately since they do not take reservations, we have never been able to get a table. Each time we've tried we've been quoted a 2 hour + wait time. The first time we waited well over 2 hours and never got a table. I realize this isn't the restaurant's fault because they can't control how long people sit at the tables, but it's just unfortunate...

The variety of ingredients available was impressive, with fresh vegetables, quality meats, and flavorful broths to choose from. The server dumped the meat we ordered straight on the grill before we could stop them??? We wanted to cook it later after our hotpot too… half the joy is cooking our own meat so idk just not cool:(
The Monday special stated $4 off any sake. I got hot sake, and as we are paying I find out it doesn’t apply to the hot sake. I wish we had known??? Or that it was stated on the menu at all....
