Called the restaurant to complain about the order my wife bring Man was so disrespectful en route offering me a gift card for one burger, which is the old order is wrong. My order was well done to giving me a roll meat lift me in the line more than 10 minutes and offering me a $10 gift card and she want me to call her back on Monday to remind her. What a trash customer service where is the owner on that losing all that money because he need to save some money and people professional with customer service and handling problems not like that lady I spoke with

Girl who took the order got most of it wrong. Burgers were so bad we had to ask for new ones only got 1 of 2 fries. Manager did what he could. $30 + for food worse than McDonalds. Probably done driving down there again.

Service was actually better than the food. Don't know the name of the guy that brought the food to my table, but he was definitely focused on delivering an exceptional experience. I'd go back here for the the service more than the food itself. Food was also good btw.

French Onion soup burger - try it!! Managers and employees really make an effort - it's impressive! Chocolate shake also very good.

I stopped in for a shake. I figured it would have a top notch milkshake, but it was average at best. Kind of a chemical taste to it to be honest. I will give it another try next time I'm in the area because to service was so good.

When I walked in to order a Dubai chocolate shake because that’s what I came for, I wait for a while until they called out my order and they gave me a chocolate shake instead. When I went back to get my Dubai chocolate shake and exchange it, they went to the back from the freezer so it did not look fresh, I came there to have it made fresh not being sat in the back for such a long time so upset about the experience has changed my mind about every going back. Even with the exchange, I did not feel fully compensated, I didn’t want to stir up any trouble and just decided to leave.

Best (low cost) burgers, by far in DFW. They are super tasty!!!!! The way they are organised is a but messy and you always shave to wait, which is a good sign btw as it means people love it!
