When I walked in to order a Dubai chocolate shake because that’s what I came for, I wait for a while until they called out my order and they gave me a chocolate shake instead. When I went back to get my Dubai chocolate shake and exchange it, they went to the back from the freezer so it did not look fresh, I came there to have it made fresh not being sat in the back for such a long time so upset about the experience has changed my mind about every going back. Even with the exchange, I did not feel fully compensated, I didn’t want to stir up any trouble and just decided to leave.

Best (low cost) burgers, by far in DFW. They are super tasty!!!!! The way they are organised is a but messy and you always shave to wait, which is a good sign btw as it means people love it!

Unfortunately we drove from one side of Plano to the other just for one of their specialty shakes and they were completely out. But, the server was very nice about it. And the regular shakes were fantastic!

AVOID when using Uber Eats. Paid for priory delivery, the restaurant is 1 mile from my office, but food was not delivered until 35 minutes later. I am hoping others will avoid using UBER EATS from this location and the OWNERS take note to improve service relations with UBER EATS. Uber Eats support failed to refund the priority delivery fee. Food, when hot is great. But when the $7 bacon cheese fries are 30+ minutes cold they are disgusting.

They accidentally gave me the wrong burger, but before I could even walk up to the counter to tell them, I was approached by (I think but never confirmed) the manager asking if everything was ok. I told him and he apologized profusely and said he would get it fixed in just a few minutes. All I was hoping for was the right burger, but he went above and beyond to make it right. I've had worse experiences at other restaurants without an offer to even make it right, so I fully appreciate this level of customer care. The only thing that could have made for a better experience was if I didn't have to eat my burger on a gluten free bun, but that's my own fault.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun available - it's not the best, but gluten free rarely is. It's better than plenty of others I've had.

This branch needs a Manager on duty to deal with messed up orders when ordering at the Kiosk or in line.

Also, the dining room needs to be cleaned better.
