Best (low cost) burgers, by far in DFW. They are super tasty!!!!! The way they are organised is a but messy and you always shave to wait, which is a good sign btw as it means people love it!
Unfortunately we drove from one side of Plano to the other just for one of their specialty shakes and they were completely out. But, the server was very nice about it. And the regular shakes were fantastic!
They accidentally gave me the wrong burger, but before I could even walk up to the counter to tell them, I was approached by (I think but never confirmed) the manager asking if everything was ok. I told him and he apologized profusely and said he would get it fixed in just a few minutes. All I was hoping for was the right burger, but he went above and beyond to make it right.
