I used to love coming here to get Boba and play games. They have very great flavors, but walking inside today was super awkward. Everything is self-serve now, and so not being greeted or talked during the visit made it even more uncomfortable. I just felt like they don’t care about the customer anymore. Not to mention, there was literally no music playing… You could hear a pin drop. The tea is good, but I feel like they could work on their customer service.

We got to try share tea for the first time yesterday, one of the co workers were talking about tea with the ice cream in it! They said it was so good so we got strawberries, smoothie with ice cream and ice matcha fresh milk and also iced coffee with coffee jelly. The staff he’s so nice and take time to explain each drink and definitely going back for more yummy drinks

Great place to chill and enjoy boba. The second best place I can recommend since the atmosphere is great and drinks are awesome. (The best place is Boss tea in Tulsa, Oklahoma.)

I got a Mojitea. The taste was incredible. This should be trademarked and guarded as a treasure. The flavors are spot on and ghetto service was great.
order extra boba, they show infront of you with the cup filled haft of boba, then they turn around and take different cup which just regular boba.

Sharetea has been my spot for a while now, up until tonight the 8pm shift, girl & boy were just goofing off, we walked in and were not greeted or told that they'll be with us shortly. BUT NO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for at least 10 mins. So disappointed in customer service, my husband and I walked out.

One of the guys here (one with a bun on top of his head) made my drink incorrectly and gave me an attitude (rolled eyes and huffed and puffed) when I asked him to correct it. No apology or anything, just a bad attitude. Terrible customer service.
