Minor changes but food is still good!!! Special shout to David for taken care of me and great customer service. I only want his service.. that’s how much I’m satisfied.

The service was amazing Mrs. Dasia was so helpful and made my best friends birthday really memorable, food was fast, she was able to accommodate table needs, and very quick on her feet.

This was a pleasant environment and wonderful service. A customer service representative named Dasia was very pleasant and has a friendly & nice personality and knowledgeable of the menu . Very good customer service. The food is delicious and I will be back soon.

From the hostess to the waitress …. very friendly, fun atmosphere! The service is ALWAYS exceptional! The seafood boils are my fav!

Good food, but service needs work. The seafood was good, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and inattentive. Come for the food, but be prepared to be patient. My toddler had the kids meal no dippings were provided.

The menu offered catfish which was not real catfish it was some rubbery messed they claimed to be Asian catfish (swai)

I dunno if I hadn't ate crawfish too long to forget how it tasted like but for now it was amazing! Fried catfish and fries were amazing so good even I say it was better than boil itself. I would come here again

I’ve been to this place way too many times and it’s unfortunate that today I have to leave a bad review and possibly no longer eat here. While enjoying the Tuesday meal deal I FOUND A LONG ASS HAIR WRAPPED INTO THE CRAB I ordered. Of course I wanted to not believe it was a hair in my food but it was. I expressed this to my server and she kind of hesitated before taking the food away and processing the hair that was found. The manager came over not really concerned about my find but provided a solution by redoing my order. My new food was brought out and it was half way done, I was missing my corn and potatoes I originally ordered - again requested it and the server basically gave me “ah you wanted that too.” and Yes I do want that too that’s what I originally ordered before hair was found in my food. I ate and asked for my check once I was done. I’m not going to lie I expected compensation after my discovery but there was none. I asked the server and she said she had to ask the manager because he already brought me out new food. And as a person who’s worked in customer service when your customer is unhappy with the service provided due to a mishap like finding hair in her food you would make sure that customer was happy leaving out your establishment. INSTEAD I am upset, the manager came over and argued with me basically saying it wasn’t their fault hair was found in my food and that it wasn’t their fault and the hair was from the ceiling. Now first and foremost why would you not admit fault for the action that took place and secondly how are you blaming everyone else but the problem at hand. Your cooks are not wearing hair nets and are handling food. Your cooks are not using proper food and restaurant etiquette for there to be mysterious hair flying around in ceilings of your establishment. The manager was not nice and told me that I received enough compensation by getting my meal replaced when in reality I should have never had to have my food replace which means THERE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN HAIR IN THE FOOD SO THAT MY FOOD WOULDNT HAVE TO BE REORDED. And once I expressed that I didn’t appreciate his customer service and how he handled the situation and for that I wouldn’t be returning he said it would be on me to not return. Shell Shack you have disappointed me. And although me no longer coming to this establishment may not stop your terrible business I hope there is some training provided to your management team as well as your staff learning how to use proper food handling etiquette and better customer service skills.
