Donuts are fresh and the best I’ve tasted from any other Shipley’s. Not sure what they do differently here, but I can definitely taste the differences. Love the Kolaches here also. Clean shop and nice staff as well.

I decided to change my rating from three to one. After a visit on March 30th, 2024 @ 9:20am. I usually go inside but I decided to do drive thru this morning. Notice my bag didn't have napkins in it. Decided to go back and get napkins. The gentleman at the window gave 5 napkins for box of 20 donuts, asked for more and received a sarcastic response.

Shipley Do-Nut has been our go to since we were kids. Now that I live in Chicago, we frequently come for coffee and do-nuts and take a box back home for my kids. The Kolache is absolutely a must!!!!! Along with a dozen of hot plain glazed. They melt in your mouth.

If you get there right at 5am (which is just 1 of these times through out the wonderful day at shipleys) to get your donuts fresh and hot, you are in for a treat of your freaking life!The box will come warm, and the donuts warmer. pick you up a donut and shove that sucker in your pie hole! it will melt in your mouth and you will groan with a oral orgasm of greatness from the purely bliss donut made from the holy employees of shipleys plano. as it melts in your mouth you can taste the natural sugar and carefully crafted donut slide down your throat, leaving you furiously reaching for another donut to swallow down. and still im sure if you like donuts, and can eat a dozen easy, get 2. because they are that freaking good served hot!They fry their donuts i believe 4 times a day, so they work thoughtfully through out their business hours to provide top notch wonderful donuts that will have you addicted after the first bite.If you want to impress your friends with a great breakfast or donut place, this is the place to go. It will literally knock their socks off and if youve got multiple friends trying it at the same time. Take cover! lol!the owner and his daughter are incredibly kind and assistive. understanding any problems a customer may have with their efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction every day, every hour, every shift.You guys are freaking great! Thank you so much for your dedication to providing quality customer service and a profoundly addicting donut. ;)

Not sure what's going on but the donuts I ordered today were not good at all. They tasted old and stale. I spent almost 25.00 on a dozen. I ordered thru Doordash. I will never buy again. This was my first and last time.

They are not open until 2pm. They close early when they feel like it. It’s really annoying. Call if it’s at all close to 2, because these people obviously don’t understand they are running an actual business and not a sidewalk stand.
If you are from Too good to go and want to read the reviews before ordering it, please DO NOT buy from this shop. I know we paid like a half price, but it isn't worth it as donuts this store gave me like a 2 days old, the cream top of donuts all running and dry bottoms. Not like other donut shops give donuts they couldn't sell in that day. We want to save money, but the result is wasting money to buy something we couldn't eat. Not recommend this shop at all.

I'm a bit of a donut officianado. I have tried donuts throughout the Midwest and I feel these are the best glazed donuts from a chain.Definitely will be back.

1st time visitor, had to go through drive through. Lobby was not open at 5:00am. Didn't get a good look at menu so I ordered dozen glazed and chocolate. They didn't look like what I'm use to. Gave it a four only because I didn't get to taste them before my team devoured them. Maybe a five if I had a chance to sample them. By the way, you might want to turn on lights on your building so people know you're open. Kind of creepy at 5:00am with no lights.
