Sushi lunch for one. I had miso, crab roll and plain sushi rice. I enjoyed it very much. Food came quickly, the service was very personable, polite and helpful. I plan on taking the wife here for date night soon. She is the greater sushi connoisseur than I. Not fancy but clean with friendly staff. I was able to be seated right away.

Stopped by here with my mom for a quick lunch and we both had the chirashi. It's not a huge portion but just enough imo and price was around $18 without tax. It also came with a cup of soup. Fish was fresh and had enough variety to keep us happy ?. Service was fine as well.

We have been going to Simon’s for 20 years! It never disappoints! My 14 yo daughter will not eat salmon sushi anywhere else! Quite frankly no one in my family eats sushi anywhere else! Simon, Lynn and Christina make us feel like family! I gave 5 stars for Atmosphere because it’s a family friendly, family owned business!

Wow—this was one of our top 3 sushi places in the metroplex (the other two being Kyodai and Shoyo). More traditional (and that’s good!) than a lot of places, but enough of the fancy rolls to appeal to everyone. Fresh fish, simple preparations, and delicious flavor combinations. Don’t miss the flaming red snapper, the Jennifer roll, and the Summer roll. We will go back for sure. Also love the BYOB.

The worst sushi I have ever had. The service was okay, but the atmosphere was cramped and there were many broken tables.

We dined at Simon’s last night and I came here looking for the review from Pagan. In my opinion, and others who were there, it’s inaccurate and misleading. The team at Simon’s does everything they can do to make your experience enjoyable. When you’ve been camping at a table for well over an hour without ordering and people are literally outside waiting, a simple request to give up your table as a courtesy to others shouldn’t cause hysteria. No need to come to the front and throw a tantrum or to call to complain again from your car as soon as you finally departed. I’m sure you won’t be back and I’m sure Simon’s will continue to be awesome. Christina is an amazing waitress who works her tail off every night.

Simon's never disappoints! Fresh, delicious, and the service is fabulous. The recent review from Ms Pagan doesn't track, that's never been our experience at Simon's, nor others as far as I can tell from these reviews. Such negativity is unwarranted, Simon's has a loyal following and that says a lot! And btw, Christina is THE BEST!

Truly the best sushi restaurant in the DFW area! This restaurant is family run and you can definitely tell that they put their entire heart and soul into this business. The food is high quality and the service is top notch--they treat all their customers like they would their own family. My personal favorites are BTS, spicy scallop handroll, tuna scallion, and nabeyaki udon. Such innovative recipes that you can't find anywhere else.

This is my absolute favorite spot to go for sushi, and bring any of my friends for a nice lunch/dinner date. The staff is so friendly and knows my order when I come in (spicy salmon & TAL roll)! The sushi is always so fresh and better than any other sushi I’ve tried around Dallas.

Simon's Sushi is a one if a kind eatery that offers a relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. The staff is very friendly and the service is wonderful. I started going to this restaurant last year, when I was looking for a place to eat to celebrate my birthday. It's now become a weekly or bi-weekly thing for me to stop by Simon's Sushi for dinner.I'm a big fan of the Salmon Skin Sushi Rolls and their Nabeyaki Udon, usually order it every time I go there. This restaurant is definitely a hidden treasure in Plano, and loved by many people. Theres lots of regular customers that have been coming for years, and I think thats one of the things that speaks for itself in terms of how much people love what the restaurant has to offer.I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for some fresh Sushi. Who knows, you may become a regular customer like me!

I’ve had lots of sushi in DFW and Austin, and this is by far my favorite place of all. The staff is always very friendly and attentive to your needs. The rolls and nigiri are consistently fresh and delicious. Their spicy tuna roll is to die for. I have never had a bad experience here out of the many times I have visited. Truly a hidden gem. Thank you Simon!!
