Their happy hour menu is incredible—lots of great small plates, wine flights, and fun custom cocktails. We ordered the shrimp, the burrata, and the truffle potato fries, and every single dish was a hit. Fresh, delicious, beautifully presented—exactly what you want when you're sharing plates and catching up with a friend. Our server, *Alexis*, made the entire experience even better. She was warm, knowledgeable, and gave us amazing wine recommendations. She even surprised my friend with a special treat for her birthday, which was so thoughtful and made the evening feel extra special. If you go, definitely ask for her! The mgr on duty also came over, he was very kind & professional! Sixty Vines is gorgeous inside—honestly, this is one of those spots where I'd get a babysitter and turn it into a real night out. However, we would like to express our concern regarding how reservations are handled by the host team. Even though we always book in advance and clearly specify the area where we prefer to be seated, almost every time we arrive, we encounter the same issue: the hosts cannot locate our table, do not seem to consider our preferences, and ultimately place us wherever they have availability. This situation has happened repeatedly, which reflects a lack of attention to detail and customer care. It is not just about the table assignment, but about the ongoing sense of disorganization and the feeling that our reservation and preferences are disregarded. As frequent customers, we hope management takes steps to improve training and reservation handling, as the interaction at the entrance is the first impression — and, in our experience, it has consistently been disappointing.

I booked a table to celebrate my birthday. This was my first time at the Plano location and I am so satisfied with my dining experience. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to my diet restrictions without an ounce of resistance. The bartender even created me a mocktail based on my dietary preferences. We enjoyed the ambiance so much we stayed way past our reservation time. Oh and I even got a card and gift from Sixty Vines. I will absolutely be back for their delicious mushroom pizza!

Ashley was our server and she was exceptional going above and beyond with our many request lol she even gifted the bride to be a nice earthly toned candle courtesy of her manager. We really loved the wine room tour, added a nice touch to the overall experience instead of just having a dinner. The food was fresh and I can't wait to get back there with my husband to order the same thing! Pesto pasta & Salmon!
