I have visited and purchased smoothies for over a year at this location and for the last two weeks the bathroom is locked and not available to their customers. Last week, the employee was gracious and unlocked the door so I could use the facility. This week I was told that the toilet handle was broken. This is why I avoid the West Parker franchise as they put displays and guard the potty as if it was a national treasure! What is the store policy on bathroom privilege or is the toilet broken at the Park location?

These people don’t understand that people speak multiple languages. They will talk about you very negatively in their native tongue and laugh right in your face. What sucks for them is I spoke the language. I will never set foot in here again.

I was at your plano store on 9/5,/2025 the other day my order came to 5.00 because she used my new app yesterday I went in to scan my order for angelfood strawberry small I asked her what the cost would be she said 5.00 then it scammed up to 7.06 I was very very mad that there was a 2.00 difference the hostess name was Sherlin order number was AABAMEZACBA my name is Mary Kay I need a call back on this pleasev
Noticed a chemical smell entering this location. Walked to the register to place an order. The young man behind the counter wiped his nose with his hands, and was slouching over the register.
Consistently a great experience with kind staff members and yummy smoothies. We recently started ordering in advance through the app, and the smoothies are waiting in the cooler when we arrive.

I visited the store this morning hoping to cool down with a smoothie, as it was extremely hot outside—easily around 100 degrees. Unfortunately, the experience inside was even more uncomfortable. The air conditioning was either not working or completely ineffective; it honestly felt hotter inside the store than it did outdoors. It was like stepping into an oven.
While the smoothie itself was decent, the unbearable indoor temperature completely ruined the experience. If you're advertising cold beverages as a way to beat the heat, maintaining a comfortable indoor environment should be a basic expectation. Very disappointed with the lack of climate control. And god knows how the employees are surviving in the store.

I’ve been getting Smoothie King since 2014. Over the last 10 months or so, every time I order from this location (online or in person), I leave wanting to literally cry out of frustration because my drink tastes like ass.
I even took a break for a bit and wanted to give them a chance at redemption. But no.
Every time. Without fail. They mess it up.
Don’t know what recipes are being followed, but I’m telling you, it ain’t it.
I ordered a pick up order today at this location and was on time upon picking up order I noticed the smoothies were really watery but I was in a rush since I was lunch break. I didn’t even get half way to my destination and the smoothie slid through the cups and smoothie was all on the outside of the cup .so I call the location and request them to be remade and I will pick them up she insisted that I bring the smoothies which is fine since I didn’t drink either of them . From there I get there and the worker and telling me she can’t replace both mind you I said I wanted both replaced or just give me a refund she then got smart and said you want a refund or for me to remake them . I said remake the she seems to not know how to make the mango ginger smoothie and makes 2 smoothies of strawberry peanut butter plus . Knowing that’s not what I ordered .I take the smoothies because once again I’m on a time crunch . I have already put in feedback and contacted corporate and am waiting on an update. Please don’t go to this location there customer service is bad and don’t know what they are doing

I love the smoothies here. But next time I will not tip in the app!!! I ordered on my phone and gave a tip through the app. CS was just BAD and one of my smoothies was watery. The kids run back and forward from the back of the store was just crazy. I understand that times get hard and you have to bring your kids sometimes. But keep them in the back.

GREAT customer service, never have had an issue when it comes to ordering. VERY friendly and always asking if I need additional items other than the smoothie as I usually get gladiator or other protein to make smoothies at home.
