Snappy Salads North Plano

This is my favorite place to get lunch for many reasons. The employees here always brighten my day, and as a busy doc they get me in and out and back to work efficiently after a tasty, well-made meal that satisfies. The place is clean and well maintained and well stocked with fresh ingredients. This location is even better than other Snappy Salads closer to my house. It is very close to my work so I come here often. I enjoy the hot honey chicken grain bowl best but also do get some custom/modified salads that hit the spot. Their seasonal grain bowl for fall is very good too. For beverage, I mix their lemonade with a sparkling lime and coconut water, and it is so refreshing. I usually get my food to go and eat in my car while listening to a podcast for 15 mins. This group of employees is a gem (especially Chang, Cole, and Royce), and I wish them well and much success.

Good lunch. We have eaten at other locations but first time here. Same menu and good service. Although their beverage ice machine is broken so they have to fill a bowl with ice from time to time at station. If empty take the bowl to them to get it filled.

Got one of the stock salads (Texas taco salad) but changed to romaine lettuce. Added artichoke and a few favorite toppings. Wish I had posted at the moment but it was excellent. Lunch for 2 was about $33 with drinks. I felt the freshness of the ingredients was top rate. I’ll be back and post a better review with photos.

I went on a weekday later in the day (7pm) and it was basically empty. I ordered just hummus and pita (try the spicy avocado hummus!), and it took almost 10 minutes. I'm not sure why since there were 2 people working. But the good was delicious once it came.The table we sat at appeared clean, but had a sticky feeling to it everywhere.No major complaints, just not my favorite.

I ordered the chicken cobb salad. The chicken was literally burned with lots of burnt crumbs in it. I called and spoke with David that claims to be a manager. After explaining to him what happened he tells me that the chicken is supposed to be burnt and have burnt crumbs in it bc that’s their way of making sure the chicken is fully cooked. I didn’t sign up for burnt chicken! David tells me that it’s nothing he can do bc I opted not to get my receipt. He was super nonchalant about the whole situation he never even offered an apology! Will never waste my money at this location again! I will be calling his manager Royce to voice my bad experience

The older lady that works at Snappy Salad on Parkwood in Plano,TX the night of 6/23/2023 is RUDE and needs fired to be fired she has the nastiest attitude and customer service is ridiculous!!!

Ordered 70 dollars in salads to-go and 3 of them were completely wrong... if you are going to eat here, you better watch very closely what they are doing.The team leader was interfering with each employee while they were making the salads creating a distraction to the employees doing their jobs. I blame the female team leader for what happened. Will never eat here again. You got 2 out of 5 salad right. So, you get 2 star review. You guys really deserve 0 stars for the experience.?

so i walked into the store on Tuesday night 8:40 .. all the chairs were on top of the tables and the store looked like it was closed doors were locked - I tried to open the door and this girl came out no smile no greeting just extremely angry personl and she basically shoved the door in my face - her name is Valleri i am going to call the store's manager and address the issue with them or call HQ. i am extremely disappointed with the level of serviceA Omar

I love snappy salads, kinda expensive but very tasty, I always add extra protein so I can fill up. Grilled avocado salad add grilled shrimp. Usually the salads are fattening but you could make it super healthy with all the low fat ingredients and dressings they have. The three workers here were very friendly and welcoming. Will be back.

The ingredients are usually floppy/ mushy and always taste like they are past their prime. It’s a bummer to pay $30 for two salads that only got half eaten because of this. I used to get snappy all the time but it’s not in our rotation any more. This visit didn’t do anything to win us back.

Stopped in for lunch on 1/6/23. As I entered the building there were 2 Hispanic gals working & no other customers. I looked @ both & said hello. I got no response so I said hello again & louder. They both responded & asked for my order. The 1 girl in paticular w/ a piercing in her nose absolutely hates life & it shows. Her demeanor her tone as me being there annoyed her. Luckily another gal came out from tge back with this wonderful attitude and took over. The other gal went back to texting. The food was fresh, serving is big but I will never go back to this location because of her ugly personality.

Ordered Hot Honey Chicken salad and it was delicious! Friendly staff, clean facility, and quick service. Will definitely be back.

Always have to stop for a huge delicious salad when I'm in the area. Lots of super fresh toppings available!

This was my first time visiting a Snappy Salads. The atmosphere was nice, restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. They were very short on the portions of my grilled chicken that I added to my salad bowl for $3.50. Other than that, it was a very nice experience.
