I recently visited the Snooze location in Plano after a disappointing experience at the Walnut Hill location, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. My server, Steven, was fantastic—attentive, personable, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had a great experience.
Steven made sure my needs were met without me ever having to ask, from offering water right away to checking in regularly but never interrupting. His excellent personality made the dining experience so enjoyable, and his service was top-notch. I was really impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor.
The Plano location itself is great—clean, well-organized, and with a positive energy. I left feeling satisfied and valued as a customer. This will definitely be my go-to Snooze from now on!

I’m obsessed with Ahsanii! She gave us the best service. Her energy fueled me more than the coffee (but the lavender latte was super good too). Everyone we spoke to was absolutely delightful. All the food was great, but we’ll definitely be back to just to see Ahsanii.

We just left Snooze, the food was great. Ww got strawberry shortcake pancakes and a pumpkin pecan pancake, with a side of bacon but different, it was delicious. But let me tell you what made this an extraordinary visit was the service. Ahsanii was Incredible. She’s one of those rare servers who have the ability to make your day better with her amazing personality. The bartender was also incredible, I didn’t catch her name but was super helpful and perfected my drink for me. If you go, ask for Ahsanni. I would go back just to see her.

I was at Snooze Plano this weekend and had to rave about my waitress, Asani. She provided absolutely amazing customer service and had such great energy. She explained the menu very well, answered all my questions & took excellent care of my friend and I. I was pleasantly surprised by how healthy and delicious everything was. This is my new fav brunch spot for sure. I will most certainly be back and will request Asani specifically!
Coffee tastes like dirt. The water tastes like lakewater. They played loud house music the whole time we were there. They had small portions and a weird menu. If you're looking for a good, hearty breakfast, you could do much better elsewhere.
