The burrata pesto toast was unbelievably delicious - I could eat it for every meal! Our server's manners were lovely, helpful, attentive. The solitary drawback: another server relieved herself in the bathroom while I was there and left without washing her hands - 100% GROSS!!!!! I HOPE SHE WAS A SERVER ONLY AND DID NOT GARNISH FOOD!!!!!

Highly recommend, 10 out of 10! The staff was friendly from the time we walked inside and helpful with menu suggestions. There is a variety of food options. The shrimp and grits were exceptional. The sweet potatoe pancakes were perfect and the French toast was delicious.

The pancakes were thick and ready not buttermilk. The French toast was dry. The hash browns were gummy. The apple juice not good too. The chorizo was beyond disappointing.
I wish I could get a refund. Me and my family was not happy with this location at all.

We are visiting from VA. We had a great experience at Snooze in Plano! The food was delicious—I had the sweet potato pancakes with chicken sausage (made with real chicken), and my husband ordered the classic breakfast with the strawberry shortcake pancake. Everything was cooked exactly to his preference. Our waitress, Ahsanii, provided top-notch customer service—she was engaging, knowledgeable about the menu, and made the experience even better. If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend stopping by!

This location used to be one of my favorites, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been disappointing. My OMG French toast was overcooked and not nearly as good as it had been in the past. Today, my bacon was burnt and the hash browns were dried out.
After calling and waiting on hold to speak with a manager who never returned, I was left frustrated. I truly hope the owner takes the necessary steps to bring this location back to the standards it once had.
Ashanii was so welcoming and very attentive. She was so polite and made us feel like home. The atmosphere is so colorful and very different. The food is amazing, the drinks well so many choices but the Hot chocolate was 🔥. Will come again and ask for Ashanii. This place is a must!!!
