Tried the new chicken wraps and it was a no for me. The flavors were not good and the grease used to fry the food needs to replaced often enough where the food doesn't absorb too many other flavors which resulted in a disgusting flavor on the chicken.

I ordered food to take home. When I got home, the chicken strips had no dipping sauce even though I ordered it with the chicken strips. There was also no ketchup for the fries and no mustard for the corn dog, but the biggest disappointment was no sauce for the chicken, as I specifically asked for BBQ sauce. That tells me that they just don't care about their customer. The young lady that brought our order was friendly; the only reason for the 2 **s for service.

The people seem nice, but whoever is running their kitchen needs to look for a different job cause they suck at this one.I live nearby so if I'm in a rush this is an easy stop for food - but it's last on my list now because they have messed up every single one of my last 10 orders.Simple stuff like 'No Mayo' or 'No Lettuce' is apparently too much of a modification as somehow it's always wrong even if it's specified correctly on the receipt that they tape to the bag.If you're going here for drinks, you're probably fine, but if you are here for food you should avoid asking for anything different than what the menu says since they'll likely ignore your request if you do.I would believe it's just bad luck, but it's so consistent at this point it seems intentional.If I drive 20 minutes to a different sonic I don't have this issue so it's something with this location specifically.Go across the street to KFC - you're better off getting food there.(Yes, I am frustrated. I like sonic but I do not understand how this location operates so poorly)

I pulled in last evening between 9:30pm and 9:45pm and ordered an Oreo/Reeses shake. It came out promptly and the carhop was very curteous and polite. About 11pmI began to sweat profusely, vomit and cramp. It was clear that I had food poisoning. I did not notice anything odd about the shake I consumed, but can only guess that with whipped topping and add-ins, it could have been difficult to detect. I had an early supper yesterday afternoon, so I have ruled out that meal causing my issue. I am not lactose intolerant.The only conclusion that I can come up with is that the machine needs to be emptied and cleaned and it was the tail-end of their business day when I ordered my treat.I have never had an issue at Sonic, but I hope that no one else does either moving forward.

Been going to this place now for the 3rd time and there is always something. The rudeness of them staff is unbelievable. I ordered no meat burrito just veggies and eggs and they got it wrong and when I tried to get it fixed the manager’s answer was « you said no meat ». I was lost at that point. Second issue, my card works everywhere on earth except with this specific sonic, I said just tap it or insert it. Their answer: you need a new card. Then, I said « you can have the order back then ». His response: « If you want it for free, you can keep the drink ». I said « nope I don’t want the order for free, you can take back everything. »So rude, if you guys don’t want to be there find some else to do. Clients don’t have to go through this. Seriously . . . So mean.

My trip to the Sonic off of Custer and 15th Street in Plano, TX today was horrendous. I first had a order of two orange cream slushes, one small one medium. which to my surprise were the same price, shocking considering the size difference. then my second online order, mozzarella sticks, a chili cheese coney, and a TROPICAL COLADA SLUSH. first off the"tropical colada slush" was red and tasted like cherry. second i only received one container of ranch for my mozzarella sticks, despite marina automatically coming with them. overall, definitely will not be coming back anytime soon.
