Beware if you pay in cash at this location most of the time the carhops won’t even offer you your change back, or they will give you the pennies and take the bills. I get wanting to make tips but this is extremely unprofessional and rude, and honestly makes me not want to tip here. This has happened multiple times with different carhops at this location and I will now be going out of my way to avoid this sonic because of that.

We got there and placed our order, the person asked me to hold after I told her the first thing we wanted and came back and said she had the order of tots which I never mentioned. Proceed to give me the total before I could finish the order. Told her we still had a few more items and took our order, missed a couple shakes and had to repeat myself couple times before they had our order right. Girl who dropped our food off was walking like a tortoise and gave us attitude, gave her cash which she didn't even count and didn't bother giving me my change. Came home and found a hair in our wrap...🤢 been coming here for years and have never experienced customer service like this.

FALSE ADVERTISING**********FALSE ADVERTISING 12:15 pm I show up and the door hours clearly state closed at 1 pm When I press the red button I was told the store was closed due to a lack of staff.. I have photos and POV video of the staff stating they were clouded with the times. I drove from 20 min away
Thank you to the young man hustling this evening! We saw how you were hustling taking food to each vehicle waiting patiently and you did it with grace and a huge smile!!! Sonic, you need more people like Lucio! Thank you for making this experience a good one for me and my husband!

I've only been here a number of times but each time I ended up waiting for nearly 40 minutes just to get a single drink, I keep thinking it was just a bad day but this is the 5th time it's happened, they're either short staffed or just aren't trying. Just ridiculous
Edit: Finally got my order and headed home, only to discover they gave me a cup with a crack on the bottom, all the syrup and water leaked out into my cupholder. This place sucks
