Tried to order for me and my wife, only two drinks. I had to order 3 times after their initial Hello to get a confirmation any confirmation they were actually listening. 3rd time the said we are taking too long and they were short staffed and had other orders waiting. Poor excuse, would have gladly waited if they gave me a damn minute to order, but no they just cut off the screen with no communication 3 times. We just left, basically getting rushed out. Awful, lazy, poor service.
Ordered 2 of your BBQ pork cheeseburgers. Your ads show this nice thick layer of pork on a sandwich. What I got was about a tablespoon of pork in the middle of the burger pattie. Had to take bun off to see it. It was about the size of a dill pickle. What a joke.Scratch Sonic off my list of fast food places.

Ordered strawberry lemonade. Tasted like tap water with a little artificial strawberry. Other Sonics have great lemonade and real strawberries.
They were fast on the order.But took a bite of onion rings and they were all like burnt crispy and dry. Couldn't eat them.As I have been calling on the way home and no one will answer! I want a refund or credit for my meal.
