I come to this sonic almost every day when I’m visiting my fiance. One of the first visits one of the workers complained about her tip telling us about her 3 kids. Inappropriate and rude. On a separate occasion, one of the guys who works here came up to my car and reached for my dog to pet her without asking. She of course growled at him. The workers have never been very nice and don’t have a sense of urgency for anything.

Apparently if you don't know the menu and how to order as if you were reading a script you are wrong according to the workers. Some of the most rude service I've had. The food and shakes were okay. The drinks were pretty watered down. Go to DQ instead, at least they have an indoor seating area.
Fun, I got a soft twisty pretzel for a snack. The dough is sweeter than an average soft pretzel and served with cheese dip. I asked for mustard instead which cut down on the sweetness. Employees are always friendly and I tip them well, esp in the 120° heat!

My order of jalapeño poppers was fresh but one of them was just crust (not jalapeño or cheese). I think they added a little too much water to my Ocean Water. Lol. Overall it was the worst experience that I’ve had.

Worst sonic ever. We usually go to a sonic a couple miles from the house after being burned by this location in the past but decided to give it another try after a 5-6 month break. Ordered ahead by 10 minutes. Waited 10 minutes once we checked in. Pushed the red button for help. Response from who apparently was a manager (as we were told) was "I'll get it out". Nothing about "sorry for the delay" etc... 5 minutes later a nice lady brings it out and as I inform her the man who answered our call for help was rude and very short, she apologized and agreed and apologized again. Oreo blast had Oreos on top only. Drinks were watered down. Really irritating while trying to take the family out.
