Absolutely horrible service, had to wait like 20 minutes just for one order of Ched R Peppers. And they also close down the kitchen 30 minutes before closing which is actually insane. They also took like 5 minutes to respond when we pressed the red button and it was the second attempt they responded on. Not mention that this is the third occurrence where bad experience has been experienced. Please hire more staff and give the manager a serious leadership check on how to maintain good service. I thought sonic is supposed to be fast food, not slow food.

I have never had a bad Sonic experience ever at any locations and this one is very good on the quality of food! Unfortunately the service here is not good, and every time I have come here since March of 2023 until now, I have never been able to order my items after pressing the button in under 30 minutes. I will press the button and hear from no one, even when I see people inside and have made eye contact with a few. One time I sat and waited and it took 40 mins until I heard from anyone, even when I was the only car there 🤷 I have only waited one time (the 40 minute time) and all others I will have to leave as I cannot wait that long for a soda. Most other times I will sit and wait about 15 mins and give up. I love Sonic but if you’re not wanting to stay for an hour or so just order food, not counting the food prep times, I would avoid.

Constantly understaffed you'll press the button and it can take up to 10 minutes for them to even check in on you
And this is when it's slow
Even then itll take upwards of 20 minutes for a corn dog there's like 3 sonics near by avoid this one

Horrible service, this is my second time recently at this location and the service is SLOW. We had tried to order a quick snack tonight and tried 3 stalls and no one picked up on the order, practically empty inside except two people just chatting. This sonic used to be a gem!! Horrible now

Not often that I leave reviews for fast food but when someone innocently and politely works with great customer service beyond reproach I have to speak up. Sharon was as sweet, cheerful, and informative as can be, I only had my phone to pay with and the app was giving me trouble, she helped walk me through it so I could enjoy my Sonic Smasher! Very sweet, helpful, and kind demeanor, she also mentioned she was helping out at this store but she is usually somewhere else. She was phenomenal, I'll think of Sonic for lunch more often because of her!

Slush was completely melted. They remade it and it was melted again. Something is clearly wrong with the machine. Went straight in the trash after a 15 min wait. I want a refund but there is no option in the app.

If they learn how to make a proper cherry limaide, I'd give them 5 stars. 1: ice, 2: Sprite and enough cherry flavoring, 3: squeeze limes on top, drop limes, and cherry on top. 👍👍👍

This has got to be the worst Sonic. I waited over an hour for an online order, when I went to go pickup, spoke with someone and proceeded to wait for another 20 minutes. This was a single item. As well. Do NOT go here or any Sonic for that matter.

This Sonic location is an absolute mess. The staff is completely unorganized, with several employees just standing around inside while customers are left waiting for their food. I overheard multiple people complaining about their orders being wrong, and the staff made no effort to fix the mistakes. On top of that, the employee took my fries back into the kitchen after handing them to me, which is a huge health code violation. To make matters worse, they brought back the *exact same fries* in the same smaller cup, but now just put them in a bag as if that would fix anything. This place is unacceptable and needs to be inspected immediately. I won’t be coming back
