If they learn how to make a proper cherry limaide, I'd give them 5 stars. 1: ice, 2: Sprite and enough cherry flavoring, 3: squeeze limes on top, drop limes, and cherry on top. 👍👍👍

This has got to be the worst Sonic. I waited over an hour for an online order, when I went to go pickup, spoke with someone and proceeded to wait for another 20 minutes. This was a single item. As well. Do NOT go here or any Sonic for that matter.

This Sonic location is an absolute mess. The staff is completely unorganized, with several employees just standing around inside while customers are left waiting for their food. I overheard multiple people complaining about their orders being wrong, and the staff made no effort to fix the mistakes. On top of that, the employee took my fries back into the kitchen after handing them to me, which is a huge health code violation. To make matters worse, they brought back the *exact same fries* in the same smaller cup, but now just put them in a bag as if that would fix anything. This place is unacceptable and needs to be inspected immediately. I won’t be coming back

Why am I having to debate about French fries with the Manager. We ordered 4 meals, got the meals but was short a fry. When we told them, they tried to make us pay extra.
Their fault but we have to pay for it? It's nothing but it's the principal after spending over $40, it's ridiculous to have to pay extra for something we already paid for!! Lol

We waited at the drive up menu and pushed the button for service. A message was displayed, notifying us that someone would take our order soon. After waiting 15 minutes and pushing the button three different times, we left. No, it wasn't busy either. Half of the stalls do not work. The response from the owner on here is the same as the last 2 years for similar complaints. Obviously if it hasn't been fixed in 2 years, Sonic does not care. Go somewhere else!

We decided to eat outside on the patio tonight. All four of my family members needed to use the bathroom. They lied to us and said the door was locked and they couldn't open it. It took a random woman to demand they open it from the inside. Thankfully she was here or I would have had to drive to a gas a station with the whole family. Completely ridiculous.

Also, they're incredibly slow here. Food was ordered for 9:18, it's now 9:27pm and still nothing. I also wanted to order a drink and clicked the red button roughly 8 minutes ago with no response.

I’m assuming this place is under new and horrible ownership/management because they are almost always closed way earlier than the store hours. Last week they were closed almost every single day earlier than 8 pm. Something must be going on. Somehow, the service is always good and I feel really bad for the workers. They only gave me one sauce for 6 mozzarella sticks which in my opinion is a little crazy. I didnt notice until I got home and ran out of sauce. I assume management is trying to cut costs. I also got an Oreo blast with fudge but there was almost no Oreos and the fudge was so minimal that I couldn’t even see or taste it. Assuming this is another way to cut costs. I usually only get drinks from here and they are always really good! I think that management should really consider their workers more and maybe not try to cut costs in sneaky places. Sonic is one of the more expensive fast foods and giving more than one sauce is just common sense in my opinion and I am sure workers want to do this (because people will complain) but cannot because of certain rules.

After 20 years of buying my milkshakes and sonic blast from this location I am finally giving them the much needed review! They aren’t fast but the food is hot or ice cream cold and the quality is great. I must have eaten her hundreds of times ?

This location is shut down for maintenance
However there is nothing postedt the store is closed . I anf other customer waited over 5 minutes before noticing there was no one inside.
If the store is having maintenance done there need to be some kind of sign saying so.

Corporate really needs to get involved with the location at 7925 Coit Rd 75024. Service is beyond TERRIBLE. Often times there is only one employee. Regularly the order kiosks are broken or there is some kind of technical problem the ordering system. Today car after car left after being unsuccessful placing an order. It’s pretty obvious the franchise owner does not care about the reputation of the brand. Great employees.
