I just need this place to be in Uptown Cedar Hill!!!! This chicken was so good the tenders were huge and fresh mango jerk was very tasty and not overpriced!

Chicken salty, fries cold, cashier and servers didn't know their menu items, on their phones nearly entire time. Daughter wouldn't use bathroom because it was disguting.

It took about 15 minutes for the food to come out, but the service and chicken were good!

Staff tends to not seem to care when you approach them. They finish whatever they feel like doing before serving you and the food is inconsistent one day you will love what your order and order the exact same meal and have the worst food experience ever. If they could just become consistent and friendly all would be great.

The food here was pretty good, typical hot chicken place with spice levels and flavor options. The staff was not super attentive when we walked in and there was no line they were just doing their own thing talking for a few minutes which wasn't the best customer service experience. As far as the tenders and mac they were good for the price. Nothing super fancy or out of the ordinary.

2nd visit here! Took advantage of the $.99 wings window time frame. The in-bone wings are super delish! We got the level 2 garlic buffalo wings (must try), the garlic parmesan was flavorless, the mango j*** was DELISH, AND the bbq are fire too!

First time here. Half of the place was closed off for two people, not a big deal since I ordered to go. A co-worker mentioned this place, so I decided to give it a try.The options that they have all looked delicious, and I decided to go with The Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich. I had mine tossed in Lvl 2 Garlic Buffalo sauce. The fried egg could have been done better. The fried egg was cooked too long, so it didn't have the runny effect I was hoping for. It looked like the yolk came out on the first flip. The rest of the sandwich was really good. The chicken tasted great, and the sauce was flavorful and not too spicy. I was, however, very disappointed with the Mac Salad. For 3$, I would expect more. The portion size was tiny, and the pasta salad itself was bland. The sandwich was pretty good, but I would not recommend the Mac Salad.With a 20% tip I spent a tad over 18$. I get that it is a pricey area, but that Mac Salad was worth 1.50$ at best.

I was excited to try this place because of all the amazing reviews, but I found it underwhelming. I ordered the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings and couldn’t tell the difference between either. The wings were cooked perfectly, but lacked flavor. I could “see” some seasoning, but couldn’t taste any. Actually, the fries have more flavor and seasoning than the chicken. Everything was hot and cooked well, but I still expected more for the cost. I will try them again - I think they have amazing potential. I want to love this place because they cooked the wings so well and it’s convenient.In regards to service, the young lady at the register seemed annoyed I was there. When she didn’t greet me, I greeted her and she was still dry. She barely said thank you when she handed me my food. I ordered online, it’s not like she had a lot to do for me so I’m not sure where the annoyance came from.I would like to commend the kitchen for having my order ready at the quoted time. It’s annoying when a restaurant completes your order early and it sits there getting cold. My food was perfectly hot and fresh. (It just lacked flavor.)

Pricey and the wing flavors are very underwhelming plus they forgot my ranch on a to go order. I only noticed cause the sauce on the wings needed help.

Front counter was very nice and very familiar with what the different type of sauce taste like. Food was off the chain.

Food was pretty good. Was difficult to find food that was gluten free and dairy free, so I was not able to taste much that was ordered. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food.It seems to be prepared fairly fresh as it takes a bit to get your order. I'd rather have it that way, if that is the case.

The food there is pretty good. Kitchen does it's job well.The service side is abysmal though. This previous experience I waited for more than 20 minutes (confirmed against time in receipt) for my order, which was a simple Sesame Bowl. I had to walk up to the cashier and ask on an update. He turns around and looks at the tickets, befuddled, and another guy tries to offer me a sandwich after a cursory look at the tickets listed. Turns out that my bowl has been sitting on the counter for an unknown amount of time. They were also not that busy. This experience is similar to my previous experience, though this time I actually got what I ordered.When this shop first opened, they had the manager out front asking about their customers and expediting the process. Now they have two people out front that I would not be shocked to learn that they put their shoes on the wrong feet.So I will not be returning, and I will update my coworkers on my experiences there.

Always great service and great food. They used to have this yellow curry sauce for fries that is no longer there. I just wish they would bring that back. Other than that, this is my favorite grilled chicken sandwich.

This was my first order and it was wrong. I ordered flats and was given drumettes, didn't get any ranch that came with my order!! Who can eat wings without ranch, blue cheese or something!! I called and was told it would be corrected and replaced but after taking my first bite of this over fried hard tough to chew drumette with no ranch to offset "the just alright" fries either. I CAN'T :/And it was way over priced!!!!
