It was really pathetic experience of poor service in Spice Rack frisco. These restaurant owners think its a joke to run a restaurant like this. They just open the restaurant with poor quality less trained staff and try to increase profit . No professionalism. Ready to cheat their customer with poor service. Spice Rask Frisco has crossed all limites of poor service. They didn't even serve water in the table ,forget about dish and curtlery. Their staff trainees took wrong order didn't even understand proper english. Shame on the owner. Stay away from this restaurant.

We attended a birthday party, and it was a wonderful time. The food was absolutely delicious, but the decor could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it seems best suited for corporate gatherings.

Paneer Majestic Biryani used to be one of my favorites. Earlier, it had an authentic flavor with fresh, soft paneer and was genuinely tasty. Unfortunately, over time things have gone downhill. The prices have increased significantly, but the quality has dropped. The paneer now is chewy, rubbery, and completely flavorless, which ruins the entire dish. I gave it a couple of chances hoping it was a one-off issue, but each time it seemed to get worse.

Majestic Boneless Chicken Biryani and honestly it wasn’t good. The biryani was too oily, the chicken didn’t feel fresh, and the overall taste was like it had frozen and been reheated. I was expecting a fresher and better-flavored biryani.

We used to love Spice rack chicken Hakka noodles, but the taste is very mediocre now and not worth coming back for. Wasted $26 for burnt egg, no smoky flavor, very white noodle (missing soy sauce) and sour with too much vinegar probably. Also had to wait for 23 minutes to get food. Then came to learn they have a different chef now.

Placed a take-out order for some guests and the food spoilt a day later (even though it was refrigerated properly, who would be careless with $100 worth of food). Obviously not freshly made stuff. When I called in let them know, the owner started arguing. Decency and maybe an apology would have been sufficient, instead I was handed down a long lecture where they asked that I sit in their kitchen and watch them prepare food. They ended losing me as a customer and maybe a few more based on this lousy experience. I do not believe it matters to them at any rate.
Any decent restaurant that cares even a bit about their reputation would hear the customer out and offer a compromise regardless of their personal feelings. It was apparent they have no intention of putting customers first.

Food was mediocre at best.
Mild was spicy.
Noodles had stale egg smell
No soy sauce packets.
Price on the menu vs. charged different.
Kadhai paneer is not kadhai paneer. Paneer tikka instead. Red Hot Chilli Pepper is much much better

The place offers a great ambiance and flavorful food. The hospitality is truly impressive. If you’re looking to enjoy authentic and delicious Indian cuisine, I highly recommend this spot. They’ve been serving the DFW area for over 10 years, and I’ve personally been a regular for the past 4 years. I’ve never had a single complaint about the food quality, service, or pricing.

Highly recommend this restaurant!
I ordered a variety of biryanis, and each one had its own unique flavor. Recommended: Chicken Dum Biriyani (Bone-in), Majestic Panner biriyani.

The appetizers were a highlight! Chicken Pepper Fry, Chilli Chicken, RRR Chicken and their latest addition, Andhra Chicken Fry, were absolutely mouthwatering.

I also tried their kebabs, which were perfectly cooked—juicy, and simply delicious.
If you're a fan of bold Indian flavors, this place is a must-visit!

Had an amazing experience.I ordered the Goat Biryani and it was incredibly fresh and flavorful, truly had that authentic desi taste. The naan was perfectly soft, and the spicy chicken pakoda and goat chops were absolutely delicious. My guests loved everything we ordered. Great food, great flavors — definitely coming back again!
