My favorite cupcakes! They are pricey but SO delicious! I love the cupcake to frosting ratio. And I think the cupcake sizes are just perfect. It's a great treat when I'm craving dessert but don't want to go sit in a restaurant to get one. I don't stop in often because of the whole Legacy West parking situation. Went today after lucking into the perfect street spot. Ordered at the kiosk (sales girl was super helpful mentioning a promo for a free cupcake - score!). Got a variety including the seasonal Pumpkin (my new favorite) and Pumpkin Spice Latte flavors. Highly recommend

Great chain place to get cupcakes. I had a banana one and it was moist and had a lot of banana flavor. My husband had the tiramisu and the chocolate cupcake was fine, but the coffee frosting was awesome. Good ratio of frosting to cake. Cute little place. Customer service was great! Had a walk up option and can order ahead. Would go again

I had my very first sprinkles cupcake this past Saturday while shopping…The strawberry cupcake. I was disappointed as it wasn’t fresh. It was not moist. The frosting was delicious but i was not at all impressed with the cupcake. I dont think Ill try another cupcake here cause it was 5.50. :-(
The cupcake and frosting were amazing. But what the hell with the modern dot shit? Im a first time buyer and nobody said anything about the dot being inedible, and it looked like some nice topping... but when I bit into it it was the WORST bitter flavor ever, like I bit into some sort of wax or plastic. It was so so bad that even after multiple attempts to remove the taste and even an hour after, I still taste it vividly. And then proceeded to throw up. Ruined the whole damn experience. What is the deal with those dots? Are they edible or not? I dont see info about this anywhere, and this could seriously be a hazard if you dont properly say if it's edible or not, because I know mine wasn't edible. So disappointed, BE CLEAR WITH WHAT YOU TOP IT WITH, AND IF IT'S EDIBLE OR NOT!

My girlfriend and I had to try the Spinkles ATM. It was as expected and an ATM style, but instead of money you get delicious cupcakes. For my desired cupcake we had a special hand delivery from the GM Mary Elizabeth! She noticed an issue with delivery and resolved it before I could even notice that it wasn’t being delivered as a second cupcake. You are the best Mary Elizabeth and it was an awesome experience tonight at your shop!
