In Starbucks at Custer/15th in Plano with friends when the SB employee screamed at a group of several 5th grade girls to be quiet. Not appropriate at any time, but especially not at this moment because the kids weren’t being loud. Message received…this Starbucks doesn’t want children in their place of business.

So many attempts to give feedback and things just don’t seem to get better. The inconsistency between baristas is significant. One can never be sure if the order will be correct as requested. Example: a latte with no foam. Some occasions I get foam, some I don’t. Some occasions the cup is full, some there is an inch of gap from the top. Seven months I have been trying at this location. Just about done.

This was my Starbucks. They recently shifted employees I guess and with that shift decided it was appropriate to handle all the orders in store first while the people who had placed mobile orders waited 10 to 15 minutes past there "pickup" time. I get the store gets busy hence the mobile order which I placed at 910am on a Friday. Someone needs to teach this store about order priority.

Why can you not update your store as CLOSED instead of stating that you are currently open? Super unprofessional considering that every other Starbucks is capable of changing their hours of operation, but not you guys.

It was a slow day for that location and I wanted to try the New Matcha Pineapple drink but didn’t exactly clarify that. A girl who was in training and a shift lead on duty/manager just made me the regular iced matcha latte. (Rightfully so) After explaining what I was hoping for, they quickly remade it for me with no rolled eyes, no attitude! Used to work for the company and it’s great seeing that the service is only getting better and I still love it❣️The drink’s snazzy, btw, also recommend trying it w/raspberry syrup, if you’re looking for that extra spark of taste to add to your matcha drink.
