Huge thank you to the team at this Starbucks for truly going above and beyond. While hosting a client event nearby, they graciously let us borrow a large green hot water canister so we could serve hot chocolate to our attendees. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made a huge impact on our event and our guests.

This is the definition of exceptional customer service; thoughtful, generous, and community-minded. We’re incredibly grateful and will absolutely continue supporting this location. Well done!

This review is essentially to highlight our very pleasant and respectful interaction with Luke who prepared my husband’s soy latte and also served it with a big smile. This type of service adds to the pleasure of sipping this delicious drink.
The facility was clean and the lighting was soothing; the music was not too loud - what a blessing! We will return to this location.

Best Starbucks Experience Ever!
This location is amazing! The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming—they felt like family, recommending the perfect tea for my cold and even remembering my name!
It's very spacious with lots of seating and delicious food, making it a perfect spot to work with reliable WiFi. The location is also fantastic near great shopping. Top-tier service and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Horrible place to grab coffee or any type of drink.. I’m still waiting for my coffee and it’s been 45 minutes.. OUTRAGEOUS.. I FEEL LIKE IVE JUST ORDER A FULL 5 COURSE MEAL.. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.. BAD SERVICE..

Been waiting so long even there was no customers in the line. No one greeting me. I had to stand and wait without any excuses. Thank you!

No greeting at all when I walked in, was told that my pecan crunch oatmilk latte didn’t get me a red cup, and then the drink wasn’t even good because it was made incorrectly! Won’t be returning to this location.

Shoutout to the Shops at Legacy location! They truly saved the day! There was an issue with the app today, and another location didn’t have my order ready. I stopped by this location and asked if there was any way they could help me with a to-go carrier of coffee. I explained what happened and that I had a conference at 3:30. Without hesitation, the team said, “No problem, we can take care of you!” They quickly made two to-go carriers of coffee, even brought them out to my car, and thanks to them, I made it to my conference on time. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent service — you went the extra mile today! 🙌

went in for my birthday reward and balding redhead with curly hair extremely rude. No one said happy birthday either everyone was extremely rude atmosphere was hostile and stale food is always half cooked.
