What happened with customer service at Starbucks?
This store seems to be running great and they have nice employees but when they make mistakes. They are not willing to make it right to the customers. I made the mistake to order in person instead of the app and 15 min later I find out they gave my coffee to somebody else. I asked for a refund and they look hesitant...I did not have another 15 min to get my money back so I took off without a coffee and my money.
I came back the day after and they did not offer an apology and did not even try to make it up to me. I had to spend another 10 min and finally got my money back and took off.
What a lack of empathy for the people with time constraint!
The lady at the register with all of the pins in her hat is EVERYTHING (wish I got her name). This starbucks has the best customer service out of all of the ones I had been to and their system is very efficient with getting orders out swiftly.
