I never write reviews but we had such a great experience at this Starbucks my mom and I usually meet at this Starbucks once a week, we were in there yesterday with my kids and I just wanted to say Jordan was so nice and so helpful seriously such a sweetheart, thank you again! ❤️

Two staffers standing, talking, and ignoring a customer who’s waiting in a queue. What an experience!
I should add: I waited for about 2-3 minutes to make sure they finish their conversation first so that I can order. I meant, who would not like to have a chat with a coworker. But, when you have a customer waiting behind you for that long, how do you live up to the reputation of an international brand?
I don’t know if it’s lack of training or maybe it’s an accident. I tend to believe the latter. Still, I’m disappointed with this experience.

It used to be that even if you could barely tolerate Starbucks subpar, bitter coffee… at least you could look forward to their better than average customer service. I see those days are also over. Not only did I get a drink with 80 percent ice and only 20 percent liquid, I also encountered one of the driest non personality human beings in a very long time at the drive through. I’ll be skipping this location in the future.

This staff will always have my loyalty. Garrett in particular is the GOAT, always remembers my specific order and runs over to chat with me when I come through!! I made him a Taylor Swift friendship bracelet to make his day like he makes mine. Thomas is another lovely face I see a lot. They always seem so excited to see me to get my same silly little drink each time. Makes the experience lovely!
My go-to is a pink drink w extra coconut milk and vanilla cold foam. Can’t be beat.

I was very excited for my first fall drink of the year. This is what I saw when I opened the lid. It was frustrating to realize how much was missing, especially considering the price. I should have gone inside to speak up, but I went through the drive thru for a reason.
I’ve been to this one a few times since it’s on my way to work. Stopped by this morning for my favorite drink. Venti Iced Vanilla Latte. Light ice with whole milk and a shot of espresso. Service was great as always and the drink was so good. Helped me stay on task at work. Thanks for filling up the cup almost to the brim! Just how I like it.

Everyone here is very nice and they have fast service but the last two times I came my drink hasn’t been very good :(. Today my mocha tasted like it was made with just the powder itself, it was chunky/ gritty and I’m assuming not the usual mocha sauce, but maybe the standard has changed since I’ve worked for Starbucks. last week my chai was just straight milk honestly which was pretty disappointing as well . But other than that they’re all super sweet at the store
