I've worked in a Starbucks before: I would have killed to have this crew. I've been sitting here for over two hours and the entire time I've seen people dilligently working and cleaning, take orders with phenomenal customer service, and the beverages/food provided to me have been on point. Whoever the managers are here-well done!
James was our Barista this morning and he was super friendly. He greeted us both while coming in and while we were waiting for him to make our drinks. He also confirmed my wife and I both wanted whipped cream on our coffee ☕️. To which we both said, Yes, please. This location is beautifully designed and had really soft and smooth music ? playing. This Starbucks ⭐️ is highly recommend.

When in need of coffee , at least you can find a Starbucks. Especially when traveling. Coffee was not bad. Service was good. Prices are reasonable.

Swung by to get some hot chocolate before driving to look at Christmas lights. It was a pretty standard Starbucks but I'm personally disappointed in the hot chocolate (too water-y compared to other Starbucks we've gone to in years past) Parking: There is plenty of parking because it's in a small shopping center. They also have a long line up for the drive through. Service: It wasn't very busy when we arrived and the staff was friendly. We did have to wait a bit for our drinks but didn't seem to bad since we had a group. Overall it is a perfectly average Starbucks location but I'm disappointed with my hot chocolate order. Other drinks may be fine
Whatever y'all are paying Whisper, you need to double it! I came by on 11/15/23 around 6:30pm and was met with some of the best customer service I've ever received. Whisper was friendly, helpful, answered my questions and was just such a joy! Because of her, I will probably always stop in here before my salon appointment. She was amazing!

I asked for a mocha Frappuccino and I it was awful. I called a dozen times only to have the same chick pick up the phone and hang up everytime. She would pick up out it straight on hold and never return to the phone call. This location sucks find one near by with better service.I called 3 other location within less a mile radius and they all answered their phone and apologized for this poorly ran location. Manager needs to step up his game and call his store periodically and even fo pop ups and you will see hpw poorly your store is ran.
