I love starbucks, genuinely, maybe this was just a bad day. But yesterday, on 09/01/2025, I went on a study session with a friend and ordered a grande Iced pumpkin cream chai with oat milk, fast forward 10 mins later i get what it literally looked like a regular latte, i taste it and it tastes like coffee and no pumpkin or chai of any kind; not even the cinnamon they usually sprinkle on top. I didn’t complain (that is completely on me) because i thought i was the one who ordered the drink wrong and ended up just drinking it but i don’t know, i mean i paid $6 for the drink and it was sad to not even get something close to what i ordered. I know for a fact that I ordered exactly the drink i wanted and they gave me the wrong one for a fact because the label did say what i initially ordered but the drink was nothing like the picture on the menu/website.
This is definitely one of the nicest, spacious, cleanest Starbucks locations I’ve frequented. Staff is always polite and friendly, service is prompt. I just wish the music wasn’t played so loud. It makes it difficult to concentrate when I’m trying to get work done. But a great location to come to if you want to socialize

The service is quite efficient, with orders taken promptly, and the drinks are visually appealing. However, please note that this location does not offer a drive-thru option.
Here’s the revised version-I left out a few people the first time by accident lol

I have been coming here for the last 6 months, and I’ve never felt more welcome ANYWHERE.
I don’t like to sugar coat things, and I definitely don’t speak on anything if I’ve not truly felt compelled to do so: that said, I’m compelled to do so.
This whole squad, under the leadership of Taylor, is fire. Everyone greets me when I come in, whether that’s in the morning, or in the evening (ima double cupper for coffee haha).
I told Taylor straight up, that she’s in the right place for management, but realistically, she needs to be a director of operations. Why? She just understands people, AND she knows how to hold down the business. Akasha is the same way-every time I come in, she asks if I’m getting my regular, has a professional quick conversation, and gets to moving. I like that.
Ian, Victoria, Paola, Marco,Cindy, Marilyn, etc(I know I missed a couple people, but you know what’s up! -this is a unit for what customer service SHOULD be.
Top tier, pull up and let them get you together, no cap.
Great location and interiors with plenty of chairs for seating, arranged with long tables, as well as looking out.
Abundance of natural light , with a corner location. Service was super fast inspite of the rush.
Holy cow! The products purchased were exactly as they should be, and the young man taking my order was polite and professional but the young lady making the drinks was awful. She refused to call out the drink orders when they were ready which had people handling each others drinks and when asked “is this for _____?” she’d give people a go to hell look without uttering a word. She was rude…at 2:00pm on a Saturday. No reason whatsoever to behave the way she did.
My morning coffee was so bad, I had to provide this feedback. Also I drove back home. We are far away from this store. Not sure what the Barista did to my coffee. All I got was a latte with 2 %. There was no coffee in it. It was like milk with sugar.
This morning I woke up and found the water in my apartment complex was shut off. This after a week of work and romance tragedies (dramatic hand placement across the forehead, Southern Belle style). To get my morning coffee I chose this location and the barista working the front counter made my day! Yes dear, please thank your mom for interpreting our names in such an empowering way. I will give 'em hell, thank you ma'am. You exemplified the ideal of Third Space that former CEO Howard Schultz preached when I wore the green apron.

1 hour and 10 minutes prior to closing and ALL the food was put away and the display case was cleaned. In fact, it took the barista a couple minutes to turn around and acknowledge me because he was busy cleaning. There were 5 to 7 people still in the store.

Don’t ask for light ice or they will leave a 2 inch gap and not fill your drink all the way up

Checked my Starbucks card today and saw that I had been charged a $9.90 for the person behind me in line yesterday! Had to drive back several miles to get a refund, and then only given $7.90 as a $2 tip was not refunded! Seriously!!!! I felt I was being stolen from a 2nd time! They don’t know how to fix it so I told them to give me a tall latte. I didn’t have time to wait around while they tried to figure it out. Check your receipts people!!!

Ordered a "hot" drip coffee. Drove off only to take a drink and find it lukewarm at best. Poor quality control.

expensive, of course. mostly adequate. I had placed a mobile order and asked them if they received it, they checked and said no, so I started to leave. they then looked and found my order. it's nice enough that they found it, but I felt dismissed to start with
