This morning I woke up and found the water in my apartment complex was shut off. This after a week of work and romance tragedies (dramatic hand placement across the forehead, Southern Belle style). To get my morning coffee I chose this location and the barista working the front counter made my day! Yes dear, please thank your mom for interpreting our names in such an empowering way. I will give 'em hell, thank you ma'am. You exemplified the ideal of Third Space that former CEO Howard Schultz preached when I wore the green apron.

The worst coffee shop. I use to love their coffee but now it’s just crap.

1 hour and 10 minutes prior to closing and ALL the food was put away and the display case was cleaned. In fact, it took the barista a couple minutes to turn around and acknowledge me because he was busy cleaning. There were 5 to 7 people still in the store.

Checked my Starbucks card today and saw that I had been charged a $9.90 for the person behind me in line yesterday! Had to drive back several miles to get a refund, and then only given $7.90 as a $2 tip was not refunded! Seriously!!!! I felt I was being stolen from a 2nd time! They don’t know how to fix it so I told them to give me a tall latte. I didn’t have time to wait around while they tried to figure it out. Check your receipts people!!!

expensive, of course. mostly adequate. I had placed a mobile order and asked them if they received it, they checked and said no, so I started to leave. they then looked and found my order. it's nice enough that they found it, but I felt dismissed to start with

Have been buying bottles of vanilla syrup for a year here now (even though price jumped from $13 to 20) and was just treated like I was crazy for asking for it by a new employee, whose manager also told him they only sell sugar free vanilla and caramel (??? It's one thing if you don't have it in stock enough bu then just say that?). Proceeded to go down the street to Parkwood + Parker location who pleasantly handed me my bottle of vanilla with no problem. Y'all need to be more consistent with your policies and please check your information before acting like I'm crazy for actually knowing your policies.

Hello, this was from Saturday around 5:40 am. 5/11. So I decided to order my drink at a different location because it was closer to my work. I walked in to the store and the employee never said a word to me no good morning or welcome to the store or can I help you whatsoever. So while I was waiting for her to call out my mobile order I was looking at merchandise but never heard my name that my order was ready. Mind you I was the only customer in the store. Another employee walked in from the back also didn’t bother to say good morning or can I help you. I sat for about 5 mins waiting for her to call out my name . So I decided to go up to the counter and while I was up there none of the employees ask if I needed anything because she was too busy complaining about her work schedule and glued to her phone. So I said I’m waiting for my order and one of them the one with the curly hair said it’s been ready and rolled her eyes on me while looking at her coworker. That was very disrespectful, so rude and so unprofessional. It’s too early in the morning on a Saturday to be dealing with rude service before I start my day. I will never go back at this location if I see her again. I know Starbucks employees are personable, friendly, and greet you first thing you walk into the store. But not this employee with the curly hair. I wish I got her name. I didn’t feel like I was welcome at the store. She was on her phone the whole time and complaining about her schedule with her coworker while I was at the counter. This is not the right place for that. She should be making sure customers are taking care of after all she is getting paid to work not to be on her phone and chat with other employee and complain about her schedule in front of customers. The rolling her eyes is unacceptable, unprofessional so disrespectful. I never write reviews but I just have too. I wish there is an option for 0 star. Service was awful.
